Esperienza incredibile, location fantastica, hotel meraviglioso, personale attento e cortese

Lovely hotel overlooking the beautiful Gulf. Staff was extremely helpful and generous; cleaning staff did an excellent job everyday and were very kind ladies. conveniently located restaurant (Quetzels) as well as a food truck across the road from the hotel. A full breakfast buffet is available every morning until 10:00 am includes bacon and scrambled eggs (tasty), pastries, toast, jams, several fruit juices, and large Cappuccinos made to order by the hotel manager every morning. Very hospitable and lovely accommodations. The Belvedere is a good location to start your day trips: Segesta, mineral baths, Erice, Trapani, the salt pans, and Palermo.

Camera con vista sul mare spaziosissima e molto pulita e ben arredata.

Impossible to check in after 20 in the evening (even after alerting this issue in advance). Had to book another hotel first night because of late arrival. AC on rooms blocked on purpose by staff because they decided not necessary in october, but it was still 30C daytime and to hot nighttime.

lovely modern property with fabulous view

Lackluster service for a property that brands itself a "resort". Bring your own car - you cannot walk into town from the property without risk. Staff could not be less interested in making your stay enjoyable - perhaps due to their limited English? The first night we were there, the receptionist recommended that we walk to the restaurant across the road (5 minute walk) for dinner. No room service - the restaurant is your only option. We showered, dressed, and walked over only to find it closed that day. We walked back hungry and passed the receptionist on the walkway while she was chatting on her phone. She started laughing when she saw us and stopped only long enough to say "of course it is closed tonight..." and she kept on walking. Get used to that kind of treatment if you stay here. Bring snacks. Great view of Castellamare del Golfo from our room. And that's really the only reason to stay here. Be prepared to fend for yourself.

Beautiful view from our hotel. Nice breakfast and great room.

The hotel is really geared for weddings and other events. There is no food or drink available after breakfast to hotel guests. A car is essential to use the hotel. The pool is great but needs a poolside shower for cleanliness and I would not immerse your head in it without knowing about maintenance.

Many reviews are gong to talk about the music and wedding receptions at night, so I am going to get that out of the way first. Yes, when the hotel is hosting parties, there is music that can be heard until about midnight. I put in ear plugs, no biggie. That being said, the rest of the experience FAR outweighs that one negative, so I would advise to book this hotel! The views are exquisite. The pool, a dream! The rooms are wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. The property is so serene and peaceful… a welcoming and wonderful retreat with a terrific view of the fishing town below. The staff were very helpful and attentive with all of our needs. The restaurant, park, and food truck just a few minute walk away were such a charming and delicious addition to the experience. I would highly recommend Hotel Belvedere!

Amazing view and comfortable room. It is a new brand hotel with a homely and great service. Special mention to Iulia at the breakfast, she was amazing, caring and always with a smile. Breakfast should be improved, more variety and better quality in product offered

Angemessener Raum. Schöner Pool und Freundliches Personal. Gegend - abgesehen vom schönen Ausblick auf das Meer - leider nicht so schön und Teilweise auch laut.

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert

Le but d'un hôtel c'est de se reposer et ça n'a pas été le cas . En effet la deuxième activité de l'hôtel ( organisation d'événements de type mariage, anniversaire)nuit a la tranquilité de l'hôtel, Musique jusqu'à 2h du matin sans compter les portes qui claquent sans cesse et lorsque nous voulons profiter de la magnifique piscine a débordement vue sur mer nous y trouvons les déchets de la veille au soir ( verre d'alcool, cigarettes, gobelets et j'en passe ...) le manque de finitions dans les chambres est bien dommage car la vue est splendide mais nous sommes venus avec un enfant et bien trop dangereux car le balcon n'est pas totalement fermé donc risque de chute ... Pas de Bar, pas de restauration donc obligé de reprendre la voiture et sans certitude d'avoir une place de stationnement car les invités des évènements prennent les places des clients de l'hôtel ... En bref grosse déception, surtout vu le tarif de la chambre ... Le petit déjeuner était plutôt banal. Le seul vrai point positif est la vue incroyable.

Un piccolo angolo di relax. Uno stile accogliente senza essere ridondante. Una vista incredibile. Un’ottima scelta per una vacanza defilata e quieta.

Fantastisk beliggenhet, men slapp service. Bryllup på hotellet den ene kvelden med høylytt musikk. Ingen restaurant eller bar som utøver service til boende på hotellet. Frokost ble servert i en heller trist frokost sal med lite utvalg. Stort pluss til eier av hotellet som jeg tilfeldigvis traff på i restauranten, på leit etter ett glass vin. Han gav meg en flaske. Tusen takk til ham.
