Great place, great staff

Very noise, the walls are paper thin you can hear everything. The room I stayed in faced the dinning hall so it was very noisy and you could hear everyone checking in and walking in and out. They were doing renovations on top of that. I had to check out that very same day.

The property was really nice and cozy, the room was great! But the only thing I didn't like was that the room service ended too early.

The only thing you it did not have air conditioning but the weather was good so this was not an issue.

It was excellent but no fans or air-conditioning.

I enjoyed this stay very much

This was the worst night of my life, we got a room thay was not cleaned after the last people used it. We had to wait til the cleaned and glad we did because they were literally just making the bed instead of changinf the sheets, there is no air conditioning. The street is extremely noisy, music does not stop until 4 a.m. its like music on top of music, our room just shook and vibrated most of the night, horrible experience. Never again!

EL PERSONAL QUE NOS RECIBIO MUY ATENTO Y AMABLE, LA COMIDA DEL RESTAURANTE RICA Y A EXCELENTE PRECIO, CUENTA CON ESTACIONAMIENTO, ESTA FRENTE A LA UDLAP, POR LO QUE ES ZONA DE ESTUDIANTES Y UN POCO RUIDOSA, PERO NADA QUE NO TE DEJE DORMIR, MI EXPERIENCIA FUE MUY BUENA EL LUGAR ME GUSTO.

El hotel es muy limpio y cómodo, además que tiene una buena ubicación y es muy tranquilo, siempre nos agrada esta opción para hospedarnos en Cholula.

Excelente, la pasamos muy bien, desde que llegamos el hotel tiene una entrada muy padre con ese color rojo y tipo hacienda que te hace sentir que estás de vacaciones. Por dentro el hotel tiene una decoración que nos gustó mucho, los espacios son amplios y el área del buffett está muy padre con esas lámparas y la decoración. El desayuno excelente, el café, delicioso y la atención, bien. Solo tuvimos un tema con la pantalla que nunca la pudieron hacer funcionar por la falta de una antena terrestre, así que no vimos la televisión y nunca nos proporcionaron la contraseña del wifi. Además, está muy bien ubicado en la calle principal de Cholula con muchos lugares para salir a caminar. Por cierto, la Pirámide y la zona arqueológica están cerca a aproximadamente 20 minutos caminando.
