My stay at First Class Hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly, the apartment was beautiful, the service was top. Also, the area was very safe and walkable.

My stay was excellent because of the kindness of the staff and the hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. I think there might be a hairdryer missing in the room in case you need it.

One word. This place is horrible

Nice and clean room they upgrade my room because of my premium level that’s a . The room i had with the jaccuzi need a bigger A/C but overall a good hotel and nice breakfast. And oscar was the best very helpfull anything you need he will help you.

I would absolutely recommend this place! The staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was a traditional Colombian breakfast and it was delicious. Very walkable neighborhood. If you are a light sleeper you might be bothered by the noise outside the hotel but it isn’t all night.

The people in the restaurant were amazing. Oscar Garcia was friendly, and give us VIP service. He is the example of the welcoming spirit of Medellin. In the front desk, Juan de Dios was professional, and made our stay very pleasant.
