Bad experience at check in.

Good choice for late arrival or early departure. Very convenient & easy access from T4 Hangzhou International Airport

An excellent airport hotel for late flight arrival. Bed was comfortable with full amenities provided. We paid additional for a good spread of buffet breakfast. The check-in was great. We were served by front desk Eddie who was courteous and professional.

Terrible food at the restaurant. Margarita pizza with ketchup and no cheese, and that was only the beginning. The stuff in the western restaurant could not speak in world of English. Very confused, check in stuff. Very good location if you need to fly in the morning. Very nice rooms.

It’s an airport hotel. Literally attached to the airport right next to terminal 4. We had an early morning flight and were super impressed. Very well maintained and modern with amazing service. Relatively cheap for this kind of property.

Everything about my stay was amazing. The rooms are stunning, the service is the best I have experienced for years and the restaurant was perfect. Can’t understand why it only has 2 stars when it’s at least 4. Highly recommend

This is a new and well-maintained hotel. It is next to the Hangzhou airport and 2 min walk from T4. Everything is great. Room is nice, new and very clean. I have stayed here for more than 4 times.

学生かなんか知らないが、コスプレ部隊が100人近くロビーやエレベーターホールに夜遅くまで大騒ぎ。チェックインの邪魔､もちろんエレベーター内も着ぐるみ着たまま進入。せっかくのブランドホテルが台無し。許可を出していたのかほったらかしなのか、ホテルの管理姿勢を疑う。
