We had a great stay at Hotel H22. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after exploring Naples. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location made it easy to get around the city. Great value and a solid choice if you’re looking for a convenient, stylish place to stay in Naples.

I definitely recommend H22 Hotel! It is close walking distance to train station and lots of restaurants within short walking distance. The staff, especially Giulia, made us feel very welcome. I am looking forward to returning soon.

Close to the train station very convenient

Conveniently located near the train station. The entrance is a little odd however, the hotel did a great job with providing a video of how to access the property ahead of time. It was very helpful. Yummy breakfast on offer for 10 euro. Only issue was the air con not fully functioning in the room and all electricity turns off when you depart the room, which is not great as I had a bunch of chocolates that melted.

It is within 5 minutes walk from Naples Central Station. The number of guest rooms small, but there are many people working, so it is very clean and has air conditioning, so it is cool. The office staff was very friendly and the room was cleaned very well. Breakfast was also good. It was difficult to find the hotel, but it is in a building where restaurants are gathered. You can take the subway to the old town, and there is a city tour bus stop near the hotel and a currency exchange office with a better exchange rate than the airport and central station. I recommend this place because it is cost-effective.

Really liked the couple of free beverages in the mini-bar, it was a welcome touch after a long train ride. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was good value and I loved the playlist. The only reason I gave a low rating for the area was, while Garibaldi square is safe and clean enough, there are some filthy areas only few blocks to the west. Obviously the hotel cannot control that, but future travelers may want to know.

The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station and close to major roads, making it easy to explore the city. We also loved the many great dining options just steps away. I highly recommend staying here!

A lovely room with well thought out facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and the air con was appreciated! It's in a great, convenient location and the staff are lovely.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Kessy. The breakfast was good and location excellent. Clean and well presented. I would certainly stay there again.
