I love the friendly atmosphere and staff

This is an interesting property. Seems newer and clean. It is not the typical hotel. This provides a very simple room and efficiency kitchen with no extras. The place has more residents and not guests like a typical hotel. I appreciated the kitchen, however there are no utensils or pans. If you choose to stay here, you have to bring everything.

No one at front desk when we arrived at 10 pm. Had to wait to have someone let us in. Only had 2 towels in bathroom and no one at front desk until 9am!!! Basic hotel at best.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. We enjoyed our stay.

We needed to leave in the middle of the night. The entire place smelled of weed, people were getting high outside our window and there was tremendous noise coming from the room above us and in the hallways. It was a zoo at midnight.

The hotel was very clean, which is what we were looking for. At this price point we weren’t expecting anything crazy, but the staff was extremely nice and the room was large

Check-in was quick, but unfriendly. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Lobby closed at 10, and we had been stuck in horrible traffic all day so we arrived at 1012 and could not get to the room we already paid for. We were supposed to be there at 7, but traffic was that awful. So disappointed and we had to get another room elsewhere. I would never book here again. Every other hotel in the area has check in open until at least midnight.

This hotel is close to 95 but the traffic did not bother me in terms of sleeping. I slept great! It is in a quiet area which I like.

I would not recommend this hotel. Property smelled like weed. Front desk staff was very short in their responses and lack of service. Just unwilling to help.

I had a terrible experience with this stay. They gave me a dirty room in which they had to switch me. The person next door played loud music all night long to the point where I had to call the front desk and make a complaint. My key didn’t work for the gym nor the main entrance and even asked for extra towels and I was told “no we don’t give but 2 towels and 2 wash rags ….So overall, I will not be staying here EVER AGAIN!!!

No shampoo, conditioners, or moisturizer in bathroom. Room bordered I95 so it was very noisy while trying to sleep. It suited our needs as a one night stay while traveling, but would’ve appreciated a continental breakfast in the morning. Thanks

Found hairs, dirty smell & giant bed stain in the middle of my sheets. I was only offered clean sheets upon the removal of the old sheets - the sheets I did not dirty myself. Not my job nor did I pay to have to clean up after someone else.

The ladies at the front desk were nice. The bathroom had hair all over the tub and shower curtain. I tried to call the front desk 3 times and no answer.

No one at the desk in the morning, & no breakfast or coffee

The only drawback was the access to WIFI. Registration only permitted us to use 1 free WIFI connection. In this day and age that is unacceptable. There were 2 adults on the reservation each with several devices, to make us pay for WIFI access is totally unacceptable.
