Amazing place for the price. We had to move fron another hotel that was a disaster and ended up here. Very glad we did. Lot of space and great bathroom areas. No A/C but staff provided portable unit. Amazing view of Tower Bridge and 100 meters from metro station. Spend your money here and be safe.

Space in a hotelroom in London is = luxury. This appartment had a lot of space and even two toilets. Location I don’t see could be any better as it is close to the Thames, transport and Tower of London if you want to see the Crown Jewels. Staff is probably the most kind and helpfull I have ever experienced in a hotel. I could have used a balcony or a rooftop bar, but I would prefer the extra space over that any day. We booked breakfast which was a bag with juice and crossaint every day - We could/should just have gotten that at a cafe instead.

This hotel was in a great area for siteseeing, restaurants, & bars. We chose it because of the in-room clothes washer/dryer but it was a great location too! There’s a tube station just a few minutes walk away, & having the Tower of London across the street was nice. We also had quite a few other site seeing possibilities within walking distance. (I recommend booking a tour of the Billingsgate Roman Baths!) The staff was very helpful & patient with us Americans who were confused by a few things in the room. lol. I would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff were amazing and very helpful, facility was clean and provided basic necessities like water and toiletries. Would definitely stay again if i visit london again.

The staff were excellent very attentive. Aroona was most helpful in helping us with our train schedule questions. The location was very good. Across fro. The Tower of London. Our room was very quiet, facing an inside court yard! The convenience of having a washing machine inside the kitchenette was most helpful! Close to the underground, buslines and trains was terrific, since we did not want a car. Tesco Express was walking distance, Different dining options, handy. The street is noisy, but we liked the location.

Great location and amazingly friendly staff. This was super central to everything and only minutes from the underground. Front desk staff were brilliant.

Our stay here was great. The hotel staff, in particular Aroona and Roxana. We stayed in a king family with kitchen room. The room was spacious and clean. They had the pull out bed and baby cot set up when we arrived. The beds themselves are very uncomfortable. The large bed was rock solid and gave both my husband and i terrible back pain, and the pull our was too soft, then hard at the centre, and then dipped at the end, though toddlers can sleep anywhere so our son was fine with it. Overall, i would recommend staying here.

Don’t deserve this price

The staff at the hotel were fantastic! Very friendly & accommodating. Really liked our studio suite. Having laundry & a dishwasher in our place was very convenient. The view of the Tower Bridge & the Tower of London was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic room, many rooms, 2 TVs that we could use YouTube for, had a great time

This property is fantastic. Ana and Aroona were amazingly helpful. The property location is the most convenient area to the best of London. The spaces were large and clean. Having access to a kitchen was amazing. The staff made excellent suggestions for many different activities. At this location you are minutes walk away from the tube, the train, and double decker bus pickups. I could not have planned a better visit with better staff! I will be back.

Absolute dump of a hotel. They only clean the rooms every 3rd day. The hotel stinks and the rooms shake every time a tube goes underground!

Great size, lots of room, very clean. Very helpful staff. Great location. Only issue was the temperature - very warm - but could open all the windows which was great but meant it was very noisy. Would definitely stay again, just not in the summer.
