Recently stayed at Time Square Boutique Hotel in Alappuzha, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The stay itself was smooth, and the property feels nice and cozy. Housekeeping standards are good, which made the stay comfortable. However, there are a few areas that need improvement: 1.The receptionist is often not reachable, which can be inconvenient. 2.On online booking platforms, the checkout time is mentioned as 12 PM, but at the hotel, we were informed it is 11 AM. This mismatch creates confusion. 3.Early check-in and late checkout requests are difficult to manage, even when rooms seem available. 4.Since the hotel appears to be fully booked most of the time, I feel additional reception staff or better front desk coordination would significantly improve the guest experience. Overall, the stay was good because of the clean rooms and comfort, but improving front desk management and communication would make the experience much better.

Great Hotel in a great location but very poor in room dining experience. If you order me starter they will provide only one set of cutlery. Upon calling and asking for more spoons and forks, the gentleman from the restaurant rudely rebutted that you have ordered only one dish so we will provide only one set of cutlery. I was shocked to hear something like this, that too from a premium property like this. The gentleman on the order side won't even disclose his name inspite of multiple enquiries about it. Apart from this the rooms service executives need to be trained on some customer service etiquette. They come with orders and bang the door so hard that it will shake you up. Whilst explaining this to the restaurant manager Andrew he also looks blank without any acknowledgement or acceptance. All in all disappointing dining experience.

Feel free to stay at the property. The rooms are quite spacious and the property being at the center of the town is a big positive. People at the desk were quite generous and hospitable. Will surely visit again. Just hot water was not available.. one coming in winter it’s a big trouble

We had a pleasant 2 night stay at Time Square. The room was average and had all the standard amenities you’d expect in a hotel. There was a slight smell in the bathroom from the drain and the bed was a bit hard for my liking (though my husband thought it was fine) but these issues were very minor and did not negatively impact our stay. Although the room was nothing beyond the ordinary, we thought the service was top notch. The front desk staff were courteous and professional in every interaction. We had to call a few times to ask for some extra things and literally within 60 seconds or less, there was a knock at our door with the item we asked for. We even laughed at how ridiculously fast they attended to us. On our day of check-out, we left behind our MacBook and didn’t realize until almost an hour later. When my husband checked his phone, he saw that he had already missed numerous calls from the hotel and there were messages on WhatsApp from them alerting us of it. We are so appreciative of their honesty, urgency and promptness in wanting to get our belongings back to us. Huge shout-out to the staff here and their amazing service and level of care!

We booked two rooms for four people and got spacious, clean, and well-equipped rooms. The best part, rooms were connected from inside, perfect for families or friends. Breakfast was excellent and affordable, and the rooms felt luxurious with 4-5 star amenities. The hotel is around 2-2.5 km from Alleppey Beach, and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended!
