The hotel is value for money, not to mention free laundry.

So disappointing. The staff did something wrong but did not apologize or give a satisfactory answer.

The hotel staff, from the doorman with a charming and friendly personality, always attentive to the needs of the guests, to the welcoming receptionists, were exceptionally kind. Each member of the team contributed to making my stay memorable with their kindness and professionalism. A big thank you to all for this remarkable experience

Nice room, spacious, quite nice interior, fully equipped. Staff Helen is enthusiastic and friendly.

Poor soundproofing. The rooms next door were laughing loudly, affecting my room. It was still noisy at 12am and I couldn't sleep. (Foreign guests) asked the receptionist to remind me but it didn't work. So the hotel should fix the soundproofing.

The new room is very clean and beautiful. The staff are very enthusiastic. Special thanks to Truc, very enthusiastic in giving advice. Lsau will definitely come back.

The experience at The Concept is quite good, this is my 4th time here and the feeling of comfort and support is still great. Gradually, I remember the faces of the receptionists Hien - Que - Truc - Ngoc and consider them friends every time I come to stay here.

The room I rented was very clean, fully equipped... The receptionists Helen, Peachy, Queenie, Hinlary served very attentively and friendly.

Nice room with nice view. Friendly receptionist Minh Ngoc. This was my first time coming to Saigon but this hotel was truly a great experience. The hotel is very close to famous areas and the food around here is very abundant and delicious.
