Great location and wuiet

Great stay for our family of 3 couples, totaling 4 nights. Very conveniently located for walking and Metro. Interesting decor preserving architecture from the convent. Comfortable rooms. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, including reception, valets, room service, bartenders, and restaurant servers. Enjoyed the complimentary drinks. We would stay here again.

Everything was excelent!

Excellent location. Walkable across the old city and excellent dining options all around. The staff at the hotel was super nice, the hostesses that did the tea service were wonderful. Breakfast was very good, overall great stay. Highly recommend this new historic property.

First, the property was close to everything, easy access to food, metro, tourist activities, the room was clean as was the property, when you walk in you feel very welcomed by the staff, I travel a fair amount and I can say this that at this hotel the staff was exceptional and went above and beyond to assist. Would definitely recommend this property, and I would stay here again.

Everything was great!

Amazing property in a historical building. The staff is super helpful. We extended our booking for a day but the room type we were in was sold out so we booked a deluxe (however didn’t want to move rooms). The front desk got us a free breakfast because we didn’t take the upgrade. Room service was spot on, including turn down service.

Very friendly staff, very nice interior and wonderfully soft bed linen!

Loved the staff. They were outstanding and very professional. Loved the meal options. All delicious. Loved the location, we could walk everywhere and easy to catch the hop on, hop off tour bus. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms amazing. There is literally nothing negative to report. I will recommend it to everyone.

Really lovely and convenient!

This hotel was absolutely perfect. It had a great breakfast~ the location was seriously unbeatable. The beds were so comfortable. And it had such charm and history. The tea ceremony/service is definitely fun if you have time. Highly recommend.

Hermoso hotel

Beautiful hotel. Staff was attentive and helpful. Great location, convenient to shopping and hop on hop off bus lines and good food.

The hotel room provide self serve coffee maker, and sugar; however, no coffee creamers provided. Every time I want to make a cup of coffee, I have to call service desk for coffee creamers. Sometimes, they were too busy to deliver.
