Our Family really enjoy staying at this property. Very clean. Great staff add delicious breakfast.

Good property and quality service

This resort was beautiful, very clean and the breakfast was great! I loved the free self serve laundry option. I just had an issue with a young lady i noticed outside the hotel, she was wearing the same clothes for 3 days smelled like pure marijuana and has a creepy presence. As i was doing my laundry, she came in the hotel and threw a dirty blanket into the dryer, as i went to the lobby shortly after there was a kid with no shirt, no shoes was wet and was laying on the couch with a playstation plugged into the lobby TV. The whole experience was a little unsettling and made my children scared to even leave the room bc they felt intimidated. When i brought it up to the front desks attention, they mentioned theyre guests at the hotel which i find hard to believe as the young lady i saw was wearing the same clothes for 3 days. It just left a poor impression on such a beautiful hotel. Also, lillian & trisha at the breakfast room was very sweet :-)

I visit Winter Haven a couple of times a year and this is the best place to stay in the area

Room was great and staff were friendly.

We had a great stay. We went to Legoland. The hotel staff was amazing with check in and checkout. This will be our home away from home. On the weekends. Breakfast was top notch. Had choices for my picky eaters kids. We enjoyed our stay.

My mother absolutely loving her stay, the property is fabulous

Love it

We loved staying there. Plenty of space in the room with everything you need. Staff was amazing. We left to go to Legoland beach retreat for a week and wish we would have just continued to stay here at this hotel.
