property was nicely located in Cesky Krumlov. We rented the attic apartment, which was nice as it had its own rooftop terrace. Onlyu downside was it was a very hot time of the year and the A/C in the room was not very effective. Other than that the room was great. Breakfast served in the room was great.

We arrived by regional bus, walked into the town and easily located the hotel. They were accommodating to let us store our backpacks until check-in hour later. We found our own breakfast in the town center and they again stored our bags after checking out. The hotel is small, quaint, and homey. It was a nice experience away from Prague for a night.

It had a back gate that leads to a park, adjacent to the Palace. From this park, you could get a good view fo the palace, especially at night.

Cesky Krumlov is a great place to visit and this hotel is very close to the bus set down but still within the mediaeval town. Hotel is good with friendly staff. Don't expect expensive furnishings, adequate but inexpensive. Would stay again!

it is just near to the entrance of the town, so we dont have to take our luggage through the town. only thing is that there is no lift( a problem for older folk). love the huge balcony.

we wanted to stay longer but there was no room. the owner or the woman in charge helped us to get another great place for the next night. great service. really appreciate!

This is a fantastic little hotel to stay at in Cesky Krumlov. We had the Attic Apartment and it was simply stunning! There was an awesome private patio that had views of the Castle and the town, a small kitchenette a refrigerator full of mineral water, wines, and local beers that were all extremely affordable and the hosts were above and beyond friendly and helpful (one of our traveling party lost his passport somewhere in town and the manager (who's name I'm forgetting at the moment) helped us track it down. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is truly a beautiful space!

This was a last minute booking so I didnt have high expectations from this place. Location was good. It's a small town so anywhere you stay within the town is a good location. You can walk it all in 10 15 mins. The hotel was super loud. You could hear everyone Walking around old boards cracking as people walked on them. The bed was just a box spring no mattress. Hard as a rock. Noisey room because it faced the main street. You have to pay to use the hot tub. 20 euros! Would not recommend staying here.

The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the attic room which was nice and open. There are no services provided by the company, you have to check in at the jewelry shop next door (they own both). They give you the keys and you pay and that's the last of them. Over all good location, only a few minutes walk from everyone. Would recommend for the price

Street noise from cars all night. Creaky noise on wood floor when walk around. Room decoration on ceiling and wall look very nice but the floor carpet was dirty.

The staff was nice and the place was comfortable, which made us feel like home during the stay.

The hosts are lovely, helpful and kind. Our room looked exactly like the pictures on the website. The back garden was beautiful. I wish we had had more time to sit there and enjoy a morning coffee.

OK value and location average breakfast. Nothing special but an OK choice when we booked the night before
