Beautiful b&b. Staff amazing. Very helpful and polite. The whole place is so clean and comfortable. Breakfast was of very good quality. Plentiful. The room was lovey. We had room 9 on 1st floor. The bathroom was lovey too. Amazing shower. Comfy bed. Tea coffee etc provided. 15 min walk into bath centre down hill. Taxi back. Owners should be proud of this b&b and their staff. Wonderful stay including parking.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend to others, but make sure you're either up to walking into town, or taking a bus. Lovely place!

Bed was comfortable the room could do with air con not just a fan as the room temp was 27.5, the shower gel ran out on the 2nd day and not replaced on the room clean a wall dispenser would be better like the hand soap, the tea coffee and waters were good but if you but them in the fridge it could be taken by other guests

The room was very nice and very clean. The toiletries supplied we beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. They were extremely helpful in finding a room for my husband with his back injury. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We have had another marvellous stay in bath .The hotel is very near to the city center, the breakfast was great ,the staff are very friendly and informative.

Hotel was good, could’ve done with extra loo rolls !! Reasonable walk into town centre . Lovely breakfast . Overall good stay but not convinced we were in the classic king room as booked ( room 16)

Stayed for 2 nights. Communication in advance was excellent with good advice. Good parking at the front of a beautiful building. Interior was tastefully decorated and the room was pristine. Bathroom was so nice that my wife has challenged me to recreate it at home. Breakfast was so good we left later than planned so we wouldn’t miss it on the second day. Can’t speak highly enough of the 2 nights we spent there.

I stayed here many years ago before the renovations were done and wanted to stay again but never had the opportunity till now. They have done an amazing job with the renovations. I had a wonderful stay and wished i could have stayed longer. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are very clean and everything you need in them. It is in a very convinient spot and a short walk down the hill into the town centre. I am already planning my next visit so i can hopefully stay here again. I have only goid things to say about the staff and the place

Lovely well presented property. Tasty breakfast with lots of options. Room was spotless and comfortable. Was in easy reach of central Bath. What really stood out was the brilliant friendly staff team. They are a real asset to the business and I really hope they are appreciated.

What a wonderful place! The decor, the aroma - the little touches, feels very well thought through. Freshly cooked breakfast to order was a treat too! Easy check in after hours, really comfy bed, great water pressure - couldn’t fault it.

Nice hotel. 20 min downhill walk to historic Bath. It’s uphill coming back! Delicious breakfast. Nice staff. Just know that parking is tight and only 8 spots. If you don’t get one, it’s difficult to find any street parking nearby.
