Great location, rooms were nice. It was like a nice clean apartment in a very good location. Just what we needed.

Everything was excellent! Rafael the security person was helpful and polite. The place was clean and our room well-equiped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette and sitting area just as pictured. Location was the best with a scenic walk at Parque Lincoln a few blocks away. The park was such a serene surprise with an abundance of flowers, trees and easy to walk through paths. Garden statues, small monuments, architecture of homes and so many cafes and restaurants with outside patios. Then around the corner from where we stayed was the best shopping district. Communication before we arrived and throughout our stay was easily available. While the view from the small balcony not the best - ugly rooftops of other buildings - don't let this stop you. I would definitely stay again!

Room itself had a beautiful view and balcony. Laid out well, although the couch was so close to the TV felt pretty cramped. There were no amenities like a shower cap in the bathroom. Bathroom sink did not flow properly. Towels seemd old and wan out. Room was cold and could not turn up heater any higher.

Excellency location in a very safe neighborhood, surrounded by high-end stores and restaurants. It was great to have two bedrooms as a family. Staff were responsive in person and also by online chat.

Very close to all the restaurants at Lincoln Park and the high end shops. Perfect location. Unfortunately there are not any views from the room but the overall location of the hotel made up for it. Staff are great.
