Wonderful staff

Big and clean room. Good location. Close to commercial mall. Close to a big commercial area. Kind personnel. Good price.

The toilet of the room had pee stains from the previous guests when we first checked in. They offered to change the room. We changed the room and the new room's bathroom had body hair from the previous guests this time. The chairs had shoe marks. (Someone tied their shoes on the chair.) The window of the room had hair grease from someone leaning onto it. There is a serious cleaning problem with this property.

Everything was up to our expectations, and there’s this helpful young man called Osman, such a helpful staff!

Reception poor. No assistance with lugage. They charge you for anything - toiletpapir still Free of charge. English menu in restaurant was a bit absurd . A lot of dish not available.

Check in was quick and efficient and helped to room with luggage. We had a double room, comfortable with tea/ coffee etc, bed was soft but comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent, I had a burger... very tasty and my hubby had Caesar salad with a lovely dressing. The menu also comes on an app on your phone. Breakfast in the morning was of Turkish standard, nothing hot but still nice. The cleanliness over all in the hotel was very good, all staff wearing masks and lots of hand sanitising stations.

Clean facility helpful staff City is hidden treature.

There are ants on the bed and in the bathroom which was extremely annoying!!

It was a pleasure to stay at Rys hotel, I've booked two two-bed rooms at Hotels.com but Rys upgraded one of them to the family suite which was very nice. Breakfast was very good and taxi to the center was inexpensive. Edirne is a real Gem in Turkey - go there for the great Mosques, nice food and also raki restaurants

Hotel was very nice however we did not like the behaviors of the waitors of “rys vargo roof restaurant”

Hotel was very nice.Location of the hotel was very good.Close two shopping malls.Breakfast was perfect.Only thing is rhat rooms are smoking rooms.When you go into room it smells very bad.

Hotel was nice. Clean and room was very spacious. We got a smokers room although no question was asked if we wanted that type of room. The room did smell a bit of sigarets.

A good, clean and spacious room with modern fittings. The only complaint is that they turned off wi fi early in the morning on your check out.

This hotel is 4 star but better than 5 star..Amazing reception personal and service. Clean and quiet hotel.

Room was spacious, clean, modern, large window with scenic view, good free breakfast menu.

I had to ask 3 times for shampoo and shower gel refilling. The room was not prepared for our kids, although the booking was for 2 adults and 2 children. The 2nd day the room was not cleaned, nor were the towels changed.
