New hotel that was clean and safe. Hotel associates are wonderful.

The customer service here is wonderful. From my call to the hotel before arriving all the way to checking out, each person was absolutely friendly! The hotel is cute but my biggest issue was the smell. From walking into lobby, walking into my first room, then to my second assigned room the smell was just plain musty. To top it all off, everytime you leave your room and not there for a while the air condition will shut off so when you go back to your room its not only hot but that musty smell intensifies!! That smell and the air condition issue are my only 2 reasons i wouldnt give this hotel 5 stars and not come back to it, other than that it would be the perfect spot and location, IMO!

Breakfast was nothing special and the fire alarm at 12:30 AM was special. No one knew how to turn it off.

Check in took us to a room that was still occupied- literally walked into the room and there was someone else’s belongings in there- had to go back downstairs and get a different room. Then at 1130 fire alarm goes off for over an hour - staff won’t answer phone and we couldn’t sleep. Not worth the hefty price to stay here

The property is very nice and clean. Close to several restaurants and stores. The evening staff provided excellent customer service checking me in. Will definitely return in the future.

Ran out of food for breakfast… requested food from employee and they didn’t want to do it because breakfast would be ending in 30 minutes. This is unacceptable! I paid nearly $400 per night that includes breakfast… I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions. I will not stay again!!!!!

love the late check out option. I wish there was more pillows available this night. i missed the breakfast due to a terrible migraine. Overall a great stay

Close to restaurants, free parking, and free breakfast.

This property was very clean and comfortable. Lots to do and see in the area. I was visiting for doctor appointments in the area and the hotel offered great restaurant suggestions.

Housekeeping service was terrible. I was there for five days and not once did I get housekeeping to bring clean towels make my bed or take my trash.. Other than the housekeeping, my stay was good.

Great location, quiet, clean rooms. Friendly staff. The free breakfast needs a lot of help. Not many options & the taste of what’s available isn’t good. The mattresses need to be replaced in this hotel. They are hard & lumpy.
