A very bad experience. I booked because it was near the center, opposite the gas station, convenient for traveling. -1: Checked in the room but the blanket, pillow, and water had not been changed. 👉🏻Very unprofessional. -2: The room's lock was broken, the staff called a repairman to fix it, in addition to the repairman, there were 2 people who entered the room without saying a word. 👉🏻 Very inconsiderate. -3: THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A HAIR DRYER. -4: Went down to the reception to borrow an iron, the receptionist told me to bring my clothes down to iron for fear of burning. The reason was acceptable. But then quoted 30K to iron 3 t-shirts. 👉🏻Very good at making money! -5: The air conditioner in the room was very cold. But there was no remover in the room for guests to adjust. Went down to the receptionist and the receptionist told me to turn it off remotely. I asked to turn it off, but it was too hot to sleep. The receptionist told me to open the window. 👉🏻Very good at arguing! -6: Rented a motorbike at 12 noon. At 8am the next morning, the receptionist knocked on the door and asked to return the motorbike. Rented for 1 day for 220K. But after less than 24 hours, they asked to return the motorbike. I did not agree, the receptionist said he would refund 20K. I continued to disagree and the receptionist said that if I rented a motorbike for 1 day, I had to return it after 1 day. But was it enough 24 hours? And invited me to go down and talk to the rental company. I went down and talked and the rental company agreed that I had to return the motorbike at exactly 12pm. 👉🏻Very rude and unprofessional. => A service you should only try once in your life.

Very bad service for 2 days without drinking water and still charged for water.
