The accommodation is good, the room is clean, the air conditioner works well. The location is close to the station However, the parking lot is not too large and there is no security during the day, but during the stay it is safe. For the receptionist, please be a little friendly, the person is very indifferent. Then, in the bathroom there were 2 worms near the water channel. Overall, the accommodation is good

Friendly staff, clean room, clean and cold AC, clean bathroom. Too bad there is no water heater, but otherwise ok.

Seprei kotor, dan di laci ada bekas sampah cemilan orang sebelumnya. Dari ukuran kamar lumayan bagus, kamar mandi bagus. Kekedapan suara kurang.

Belum pernah menginap di hotel ini, kami memesan hotel ini karena melihat rating 8 namun capek sekali hingga lupa mengecek review dari tamu. Ya ampun, kami tiba di hotel sekitar jam 02.30 pagi di tengah hujan lebat, jadi suami saya turun duluan dan bilang mau check-in, tapi stafnya acuh tak acuh dan tidak merespon sama sekali, lalu dia mau. pinjam payung dan pinjam payung, tapi dia tidak menjawab. Akhirnya saya keluar dari tas ambil, basah. Sampai di lobi semua stafnya acuh tak acuh, tidak ada yang bertanya, bahkan tidak ada yang tersenyum, sampai kami berdua saling bertatapan, akhirnya saya bertanya, ini benarkah hotelnya? Lalu salah satu dari mereka mengiyakan tapi tetap tidak peduli, padahal kami datang dengan membawa 2 koper, mereka tidak tahu apakah kami mau menginap? Bagaimana mereka bisa bekerja di sebuah hotel di kantor depan dan begitu acuh terhadap tamu yang datang? Sumpah, hotel ini agak berbeda. Apa karena ini hotel bintang dua standar pelayanannya seperti itu? Soalnya ini juga pengalaman pertama kami menginap di hotel bintang 2 karena saya pikir hanya untuk transit sebentar karena suami saya terbang ke Jerman jam 18.30 dan saya kembali keesokan paginya. Tapi ini benar-benar pengalaman terburuk menginap di hotel. Dan yang paling memalukan dari spreinya banyak rambut rontok, jadi sepertinya kamar baru dibersihkan tanpa ganti sprei setelah tamu check out, hanya dirapikan saja, kami tidak mau menggunakan sprei bekas milik orang dan kami diberi ruang untuk bergerak dan ternyata hampir sama. kamar kami ditunjukkan memiliki banyak rambut di tempat tidur, pada akhirnya mereka memberi kami selimut baru. Terima kasih telah memberikan kami pengalaman menginap. Apa yang menarik 🤣.

First time staying here, the staff service is friendly. Parking is paid, the room is clean, but the toilet is clogged, please check it again. I don't know about the pillows/pillowcases that smell musty as if they haven't been changed.

Perfect untuk Solo backpakcer. Beberapa detail masih ada yang kotor seperti pada seprei. Semoga ditingkatkan lagi kebersihannya.

Bagus hotel bersih nanti kalau ke Tangerang nanti nginap di sini lagi.
