Dirty room, dirty toilet, no soap equipment, previous guest's trash wasn't thrown away, the AC wasn't cold, the TV was old and the remote didn't work, the ID card had to be held and it was complicated to check out, you had to wait a long time to get your ID card even though you checked out before 12 noon.

The check-in process was extremely difficult, the mattress was dirty and the spray used was only turned over without being washed first, the AC was dead, and the AC and TV remotes were not working at all.

The check-in and check-out process is fast and hassle-free. The facilities are as described by the admin, fast response, ready to help during the stay, whatever you need, immediately respond. The suggestion is maybe to improve the cleanliness of the bathroom. The room is always fragrant when you enter, at this price it is very affordable.

I was disappointed with this unit, I ordered a GP but instead the resident at the ebony tower gave it to me, I was disappointed, the ebony unit was not bad, it was clean, neat, only that the AC wasn't cold enough, for this one I was disappointed,

For the Sakura Tower unit, the room is nice, neat, clean, the only drawback is that the AC isn't cold enough, and the ELECTRICITY is flashing even though only the TV and AC are on.
