We had a wonderful stay in Valencia with my family and truly enjoyed our experience at this apartment. The location was excellent — we were able to walk everywhere easily and explore the city comfortably. The service was outstanding from the very beginning. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming. Since we arrived early, she allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which was already very helpful. Additionally, I needed to keep some medication refrigerated, and as soon as she learned about it, she kindly placed it in a refrigerator for us while our bags were being stored. That level of attentiveness and care was deeply appreciated. When we finally checked into the apartment, it was such a pleasure to walk in. The apartment smelled beautifully clean, everything was spotless, very comfortable, modern, and clearly very well maintained. We also had the unexpected joy of enjoying a spectacular view from the balcony of a parade happening right outside the building, which made our stay even more memorable and special. The only small suggestion I could offer would perhaps be to include a washer/dryer to make longer stays even more convenient. That said, we simply hung our clothes to dry and, thanks to the heating, everything dried perfectly without any inconvenience. That is a wonderful place. The staff is very polite and friendly they can help you anytime. The location is in the old town which is an excellent place.

This place is everything it promised to be. We LOVED our stay. Check in was friendly and efficient. They are all super nice and helpful. The location is perfect The room was comfortable and spacious. IF we have any suggestions, it would be to make the washer with dryer function. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

Very modern. Super clean. Spacious. Very local. Super easy to navigate the city from their. Only a 15 walk from the metro from the airport. It is in the heart of the old city, lots of socializing into the night. So if you are an early to bed person (like before 12 or 1am) bring earplugs. Regardless. I am totally comfortable recommending it as a place to stay. Especially if you are looking for more of an apartment vs a hotel room.

Really lovely apartment in a vibrant, busy, cool area. Lots of bars and restaurants.

We stayed at this property for a long weekend, we arrived 5 hours before check in so thought we’d drop the bags in, the staff were so helpful and they actually had a room available for us. The apartment itself was beautiful, everything was clean and very spacious, the coffee machine was a god send in the mornings and we were able to get refills from the reception area. The bed was huge and comfy, the living room had a lovely sofa and a huge smart TV. The balcony looked out onto the streets of Valencia and we even saw a local parade on the Saturday right from our balcony. The location was perfect, right in the centre of everything, however that did mean it was a little noisy at night, nothing we couldn’t sleep through though.

Great place to stay! Great location in the middle of everything! Locating the property was a little challenging to check in for someone unfamiliar with the area but the staff was great in assisting with that. Would highly recommend and the apartment had a clothes washer which was great!

It was quiet and comfortable. Everything was clean. The room had the most amazing shower, which we especially loved after long days of traveling, then sight seeing. The laundry worked perfectly for us. There’s great shops and restaurants near by, it was perfect for sight seeing and enjoying meals and drinks. The only thing I’d recommend would be to include wash cloths in the bathrooms with the other towels. If we come to Valencia again, we would be delighted to stay here!

Pretty much the best accomodation you can find in the old city.

I would recommend this property to everyone! It was on one of the most fun streets in Valencia. There was food and shops all over the place. There was plenty of outdoor dining right outside the door. The building itself was really cool. High ceilings, exposed masonry, rain shower heads, very clean and just very pretty. I have no idea how they get it so quiet! If you open the windows, you can hear the busyness of the street, but the second it is closed it is the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. And my favorite part were the receptionists. They were more than helpful and enjoyable to talk to. They were so knowledgeable about the city, taught us how to use all of the transportation options, told us how to get to places the cheapest or fastest ways, and gave us recommendations of things to do. They even helped us book again for November! I can’t wait to be back!

Good location—easy to walk to cafes, restaurants and historic sites. Clean and comfortable room, with all the amenities you might need.

We only stayed one night. Didn't like that check in was so late (although we were allowed to leave bags in advance of this)and that we still had to present passports again on arrival, even though we'd already done the online check in. The air con in the room we booked wasn't working properly (wouldn't cool below 26 degrees) once I finally could check in. It took a little bit of backwards and forwards, when I was really hot and tired and just wanted to shower and sleep. Eventually we got moved to the top floor, which has two bedrooms and a lovely terrace, which we were really happy with. I would definitely consider booking the terrace apt if coming here again with friends. The location was excellent - close to lots of nice bars and very lively on a Saturday night (but still quiet!). Decor is beautiful. Handy to be able to use a washing machine/ fridge / coffee machine. Lovely staff (the Brazilian lady was especially helpful). Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful amd very spacious apartment in the heart of the old town. It was such a great spot and yet no noise could be heard from outside. Lovely big comfy bed, great shower and all the extras in the room required. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

It was a very modern clean room and lounge area. The only issue was using the codes to get inside.

Lovely appartment with excellent facilities. Staff communicated in advance about arrival options. Easy access in and out of the building. Would happily stay there again.
