The next day when I want to iron my clothes, there is a problem, you can refer to the picture, dirt sticks to my work pants when I use them, torn mattress sheets, torn ironing boards, ragged and dirty, the swimming pool is being maintained and I was not informed in advance, I am very disappointed. with the management of this hotel. Online agents should maintain a good image, this kind of hotel should not exist in this world, lying about the check-in time is very irresponsible and unforgivable, I checked out on 8/9/1023 again even though I paid until 9/9/ 1023 because it is very, very uncomfortable to stay in this hotel and to the knowledge of the traveloka I have paid additional costs which are free cleaning of RM 40 and additional children over 2 people of RM 50 which I can accept, but what is the purpose of the additional payment for children the child while there are no additional mattresses, blankets, towels and pillows provided and until this complaint is written on 12/9/2023 10.00 pm my deposit amounting to RM 100 has still not been returned whereas according to the terms set by the hotel the latest is on 11/9 /1023 Monday before 6 pm. When I asked, the admin responded, I will not hesitate to extend this issue to the KPDNHEP because this hotel seems to be deceiving me and I really hope that the online agent will take my complaint seriously.
