Superb location; room could use some new paint and tv didn’t work

My third visit to this location. I am quite pleased with the excellent location and staff is always helpful.

Stayed here for 4 nights, 5 days. Really enjoyed it. Loved that it has a washer/dryer which we needed since this was the last leg of our South Korea trip. Loved that there is a bidet and luggage storage. Note that the room doesn’t get cleaned by staff during your stay but it’s fine with me.

such a beautiful room! we stayed for two weeks and enjoyed all of our time in the location that we were in too. the subway was about 5minutes away and the stay is right next to ikseon-dong hanok village! all of the restaurants we went in were beautiful.

Very convenient

My partner and I stayed in Urbanstay Boutique Ikseon during our week trip in Seoul. It's a stone's throw away from Ikseon-dong and just a quick walk to several different stations (Euljiro-3-ga and Anguk). The room was very warm and cozy. Bed was in between firm and soft, but it was very spacious. It was very helpful to have a washer/dryer the entire time since we were on a two week trip away from home. Communication with the people at Urbanstay was very easy as well. However, if you're looking to have a place to be cleaned everyday, this is not the place for you. (We were okay to not have this place everyday — made us feel more at home).

Love it! We'll definitely stay here next time we visit Korea.

The hotel was excellent. The room was exactly what I needed for a multi-night stay. The area around hotel is amazing, and ideal for stepping out anywhere in Seoul. The walls are a bit thin, but overall, I loved this place and will stay again.

The Building is clean and safe. I love the room, even not too big, but it will full amenities. Specially with washing machine with dry function.

The room was cute but cozy. Had everything I needed for vacation. Strongly recommended for solo and couple travelers. Everything was no contact and you do have to take the trash out yourself.

Located in a great safe, walkable neighborhood with nearby restaurants, coffee shops & other amenities. The building is fairly new. Rooms are clean. Great contactless check-in & check out experience. Rooms are comfortable with all the amenities needed for a 5-day stay. The washer/dryer is a plus.

Property was lovely, in good condition and in a great location

It’s clean, safe and secure building with TV, free wifi, washer, dryer, microwave and little kitchennete inside unit. No parking space at all. Overall very convenient and nice. There are so many beautiful restaurants and shops you could enjoy everyday surrounding area. The only down thing is the cleaning. I stayed there for 13 nights but they didn’t even change the bed sheets. When I asked, they said I have to purchase the cleaning service, I asked if I can get the new bed sheets so I can exchange, they said that’s only with cleaning service. I also asked extra bath towel, they said no. Me and my daughter survived with 2 bath towels by washing those everyday. I used washer much more than I used it at home. This is little ridiculous. And their mobile front desk phone number is pay phone number not the regular business number. That’s also ridiculous as well. If I can get extra towels and new bed sheets at, I might stay there again. Other than that, it was a cute and nice place. Communication was really inconvenient.

Check in process very inefficient, got info for 2 different rooms. Auto reply to queries unhelpful
