The hotel was excellent and a two minute walk from the train station. Food options were limited but the is a lsrge Delicia supermarket a ten minute walk away. Lots of choice for breakfast but it does get crowded.

This hotel is a quick 5 minute walk from Nagano station, and had a room that accommodated 4 people - 2 adults and 2 children. The beds were standard hard for Japan, but the room was a really good size for suitcases. The bathroom was really cramped though - it reminded us of an airplane bathroom! That was the only annoying thing though - everything else was great, for this really reasonably priced hotel. Added bonus -the included buffet breakfast was really good! Up on level 14, with amazing views across to the mountains - we really emjoyed these breakfasts! Highly recommend staying in this hotel if you want cheap, family accommodation in Nagano. We would happily stay there again.

Like the place, the room we chose easily accommodating three or four adults

Clean and conveniently located hotel but the breakfast was very poor. Western options were limited to tasteless scrambled egg, hot dog sausages and mass produced croissant. No fresh fruit, no cereal, no yoghurt or milk and no fresh bread. The beds were very uncomfortable - so hard - we may as well have been sleeping on the floor.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel location is a short walk to the train/bus station.

Stayed for 2 nights, nice clean rooms, excellent spread for breakfast, good location close to the train station where there are plenty of shopping and dining options.

Very basic no-frills accommodation with good breakfast ( we can take it away), close to the station and clean. As an affordable accommodation I don’t know what more I can get!

Recommend to stay here. Very new and clean hotel short cut walk 5 min to the Nagano station super convenient. Nagano Station walk to this hotel with the elevator access easy for our big luggage. And so near to station East gate No 23,24 were buses to snow monkey park and Hakuba. We had a triple room with 3 single bed super spacious room with sofa relax area. Clean and conform bed. Will stay here again. Book early for the good rate.

Everything was nice

Free breakfast(although limited space) is just enough for short term traveller like me. The reception allowed us and other guests waiting in lobby to check in 15mins earlier because they finished roomkeeping before check-in time(I guess) and I greatly appreciate that. Although the hotel is on the "quiter" side of the Nagano station, but it is walkable so you will not be short of options for restaurants and other necessities.

Beds were exceptionally uncomfortable- felt like sleeping in the floor Breakfast options limited to Japanese. Could have included some basic western options such as toast Close to train station Not enough parking in site but some reasonable parking close enough for 10,000 yen per 24 hrs

Free breakfast was good. but too bad the parking was not availble as you need to rervse via telephone call which is not comuncated for traveller.

The standard of Toyogo Inn is always very high. Very clean room and good amenities. Good free breakfast. The only downside is that parking lots are limited and need to reserve earlier. There are also limited parking available in the surroundings. Have to drive around to look for 24 hr parking.
