easy to find hotel and near Uncle Ho's mausoleum, is a suitable choice

Stable service, convenient location, very close to Uncle Ho's Mausoleum, the host is easy-going and fun to talk to.

Good location, if you walk to Doi Can Street there are many breakfast options. On the way there are also Winmart to stock up on essentials. Host is open 24h even if you arrive late (like me). Room is clean and quiet.

The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. However, the room soundproofing is not very good.

The owner is extremely unpleasant, people rent the room as if they are asking to stay for free. Does not allow cancellation of room, no parking. Please be careful to avoid being scammed.

The room is quiet while still close to the city center, just a short ride away. Staff is very nice, an old lady and her husband sharing their house space. They took me in even though my flight was delayed and I arrived passt midnight.

There is no shampoo and body wash, the landlord asked me to walk around other toilets to search for anh left over. The aircon remote batery run out, asked me ti go to level 5 where the landlord locate to take the batery. Such a poor service

This homestay is like "advertising a goat's head but selling dog meat", located deep in the alley, the path is just enough for 1 person with a suitcase, if the suitcase is big then it is not certain to fit, the stairs are very narrow. Not to mention the lack of fire safety. When I complained, the homestay owner said he would refund 200k - then told me to leave quickly. This is truly an extremely disappointing experience. Traveloka should carefully review partners when selling rooms on the site, so as not to affect the reputation of the site. I was planning to take a photo as proof but seeing this homestay owner being so "aggressive" made me hesitant!

The room is not like the picture, at first I thought it was a bunk bed so I booked it but when I arrived there was only 1 mattress right in the altar area. The host needs to note carefully so that guests who book will not be shocked. The bathroom has no water so I cannot wash myself when I arrive.

The staff attitude is not good. I can not stay. But I have paid. I called to inform the hotel but the staff had attitude.

I booked a room for 2 days here, right from the beginning, Mr. Tuan Anh and his father were very cute and warmly welcomed me. The room with the highest price, I can definitely confirm that it is also much cheaper than other places, the room has a comfortable private space and the common living space outside is also cozy like at home. I am not biased or deifying this place, but personally, I am quite impressed with the architecture and layout of this house, both my brother and uncle are music lovers, so audiophiles should stay and experience this place kkk

I worked in the tourism industry for 10 years.. It was very surprising and interesting to be here for 11 days to do consular legalization documents.... A small space, plus a very unique plastic flower design. beautiful.....creating a cozy and communal space.. The landlord is very enthusiastic and kind, the room rental price is reasonable.. You can use the washing machine or electric stove. Everyone is friendly together... I will come back when I need it.. Thank you❤️🙏

The toilet is dirty and not properly prepared

I booked a room for 6 people, when I booked I was a bit worried because of some bad reviews on Google. However, when I checked in I was quite surprised, the room was very spacious, airy, suitable for the price, suitable for families who need a place to rest to explore Hanoi.

I booked a room with 2 beds, the shower was clearly stated for family members. When I checked in, the room was dirty and smelly, not like the picture. There was no bed, just 2 mattresses. Shared bathroom. I asked for a refund, they said it was because of the way I talked so they couldn't refund. Stay away from this place that hangs a sheep's head but sells dog meat, everyone.

There 's nothing to complain about, it 's great, the host is very enthusiastic. Reasonable prices, suitable for all customer segments.
