It’s a lovely hotel. Love the interior design. Spacious, modern bar area, high tables for working, great breakfast.

Great service from the front reception to the bar staff.

Great property and location. Construction going on so it was a bit noisy. Breakfast was very repetitious (same as my last stay) and i wasn't happy they blocked of the front part of the breakfast area. It was way to compact putting everyone at one end. Covid is still around.

Staff was great, checkin was easy, room was clean. Toilet not the greatest. Bar staff and drinks were excellent! Great value, nice location close to everything, would come again.

We were given a great room with a fabulous view. Room was spotlessly clean. Larger than the rooms at some other similarly priced hotels in the city. Mirrors are as far from sources of natural light as is possible and not seat or table near it but this seems to be a design flaw shared by lots of hotels. Shower is spacious and powerful. 20 minute walk from central station, less than 5 mins from Queen Street, lots of good food options close by.

Excellent central property almost adjacent to Queens St rail station. Free bus transfer from Glasgow central station or easy 10 min walk. New modern hotel, very good rooms & breakfast. Will definitely stay again when in Glasgow. Surprisingly quiet for a central hotel. Don't miss a free tour in Glasgow City champers opposite at 10.30 (tickets available from 10am) & 1430? Mon to fri. Brilliant building.

Centrally located, comfortable and lovely staff. Perfect place to stay.

An overnight stop so not much opportunity to test the service etc. Check-in was a little slow due to lack of staff though the receptionist was apologetic and polite. Room was spacious,modern,well furnished and most importantly clean. Bathroom also spacious and clean. Bed and linen good quality. Quite expensive for room only. Breakfast did not seem good value either
