Perlu extra charge untuk masuk lebih cepat, padahal ke hotel bintang 5 pun biasanya kalau ada kamar kosong, tidak masalah masuk lebih cepat, kemarin saya minta check in jam 11.00 tapi ditolak, selain itu lantai kamar mandi dekil banget, dan sarapan juga tidak ada pilihan, hanya nasi goreng telur dengan teh, lift juga tidak lebih besar dari kulkas 2 pintu.

Kamarnya terlalu kotor, seperti sepre yang tidak di ganti.

Kamar luas untuk harga 300 rb di malam tahun baru, pelayanan resepsionis dan satpam baik sekali. Parkir juga aman. Kekurangan nya penerangan di kamar agak kurang terang. Terus wakru check in harus menunggu +/- 30 menit, info dari resepsionis kamar nya belum selesai dirapikan, padahal kami check in jam 17:00. Overall menginap di sini sangat nyaman dan menyenangkan.
