canceled the stay and forfeited the boxing ticket traveloka because the staff was not friendly and impolite explaining to the guest the long and tiring journey home from Jakarta to Lampung. be careful before choosing a room and could not move rooms. even though the cost of the deluxe room was added but could not because it had been boxed by someone. and finally canceled and could not get a refund because the message was from the application. and disappointed and looked for a move to a hotel that was not an inn that had unclear services and facilities. should I report the loss where to OMBUDSMAN or to CCPC or the Tourism Office

trying a new experience, our family used 2 double bed units. given adjacent rooms so we felt comfortable. the bathroom was relatively clean, there was a hot water shower too.

I also really like the bathroom which is clean and separated, so it's more comfortable. Oh yeah, there's also a coffee shop on the rooftop so you can have a coffee. Awesome!

Many food stalls, minimarkets nearby, selling fruits and juices nearby, there is also a cafe on the rooftop, with standard prices and delicious taste. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Cleanliness is okay, hot water works, soap, shampoo and tissues are abundant. The mattress is quite soft for the price offered.
