order a family suite because the number of people checking in is more than 4 people, the attendants are always waiting until they bring soup. just this time staying at a villa or hotel staff counting people's heads.

Everything is OK. The staff are all friendly. The only downside is that the hot water is limited. 2 people took a shower and it was already gone. In fact, in the mountains, hot water is quite important to always be available. That's all. Other than that, it's great.

Air panas waterheaternya hanya sebentar hidupnya, jadi mandinya kedinginan, kolam renangnya nggak bisa dipakai banyak serangga, tapi nggak masalah sih, soalnya dingin mau renang.

Baru kali ini nginep di villa / hotel dengan bad service. Kami pesen dengan family suite untuk 4 orang 2 kasur king tanpa brrakfast via traveloka. Kami dateng dengan 5 dewasa dan 2 anak, dipaksa harus tambah 2 extra bed. Dan ternyata yang dateng 1 kasur yang masih lumayan dan 1 ambal tipis. Fasilitas lainnya ga dikasih seperti handuk dan air mineral harus minta dulu. Air panasnya kadang nyala kadang ngga, tp kebanyakan ga nyala. Waktu breakfast, saya minta breakfast untuk 2 tambahan extrabed dan pihak hotel bilang mau ditanyain dulu karena extra bed ga dapet breakfast 😅. Dan akhirnya kami dikasih 2 nasi uduk. Saya tambah pesen 3 indomie goreng pakai telor mata sapi, dengan harga perporsi 20rb, yang dateng indomie goreng dikasih kuah hampir setengah mangkok. Saya tolak dan minta ganti mie yang sesuai pesenan saya, trus dibalikin lagi dengan mie yang tadi dan kuahnya dibuang dan sudah ga ada rasa bumbu lagi. Trus saya tolak lagi minta yang baru, ehh balik lagi dengan mie yang tadi tambah banyak ditambahin dengan kecap aja 🥹🥵, malah ga kemakan mie nya. MUBAZIR. Padahal aku beli indomie goreng, bukannya gratisan atau MINTA. Ga akan balik lagi ke hotel ini

Petugas ramah, makanan/minuman ada dijual jadi ga harus turun gunung, akses lokasi mudah, jalan bagus, ga ada AC tapi malam cukup dingin, kamar mandi bersih, sprei apa selimut salah satu bednya bau pesing. Saran, semoga handuk, sprei, dan lain-lain diganti tiap tamu. Bayangkan pake bekas orang bikin ga mood.

Dapat free breakfast 3 porsi. Thank you.

Service is very, very unsatisfactory. The price listed at the time of booking on Traveloka is different from that at the hotel. And the hotel seems to be hands off and provides solutions. Even the receptionist is not friendly / like being played. Anyway, not recommended.

I booked this hotel on 1 may 2022 check in on 2 may check out on 5 may. After that I decided to go on vacation and leave on the 2nd with my family. Arriving at this hotel I was very disappointed because we were not given a room to stay even though we had done our obligation, namely paying for the room. Had an argument with the employee but apparently the employee still didn't give the room we ordered, at that time we arrived at our destination at night and there was no signal at all and the position there was me with my wife and my 4 month old son and also 74 years old parents. And finally, after almost 2 hours of noise, we were given the room we ordered but for the next day we were given the money back. So, be careful for the consumers of this hotel, especially those far from their hometown. My advice do not order because it is very, very disappointing. I will later for proof of ordering the next day I will comment again. Remember, travelers, please don't order this hotel for the comfort and safety of your family.

The hotel is comfortable, the view is really good, the air is cold and cool.

The rooms are good, it's just a shame that the wifi is difficult to signal.

For the location and view there are no opponents, but the hot water makes you sad. You know the area is cold, it is certain that the priority for visitors is definitely hot water. who can stand it if you have to wait up to 1 hour the water is just hot. that's sad.

Facilities are ok, service is friendly, comfortable and cheap

The price is according to a comfortable place, but at that price there should be coffee, sugar, tea and water heater for coffee

My cellphone and Sung Air 80 were left there, but when I called the staff, they said they weren't there. I'm absolutely sure the cellphone is in the room because we haven't been anywhere since check-out and are still in the car. I hope the staff will be more honest when it comes to missing customer items. When we stayed overnight, hot water was also not available, even though the air was very cold because it was in the mountains and we brought small children.

Good, clean, there is only one employee who is still not but not friendly. There is a canteen, the standard price is just not too good.

Tempat bersih dan berada dalam kawasan kebun teh. Pokoknya sangat menyenangkan apalagi kalau membawa anak-anak tempat istirahat yang pas.
