The AC was not working properly (a fan is even better than this hot AC). The room was small, and the size of what they call a double bed is just around 1.2m wide with only 1 pillow. My room was on the 4th floor, and I had to go through their small stairway to get to the 4th floor. No towel or any amenities in the shower. The staff was not very helpful when I complained about the AC. I'm not gonna recommend anyone to stay in this hotel if you're looking for a comfortable sleep.

The service was not satisfactory and I asked for an extension, but instead I was given another one.

Kamar ga sesuai dengan foto. Baru masuk wc ada bulu jem*t, air tergenang di saluran, ada bekas kencing ga disiram. Cuma numpang tidur doang di sini terpaksa karena udah kecapekan.
