We have stayed at this hotel at least 3 times, but now the name of the hotel has changed, usually we always get a room on the 2nd floor, we are always satisfied, yesterday on July 16th we booked 2 Executive King Rooms, this is the first time we were placed on the 3rd floor and had a less than satisfactory experience. When we got out of the elevator we were greeted with a floor with many steps and stairs, it felt stuffy, entering the room turned out to be very different from the condition of the room we usually stay on the 2nd floor, the room was poorly maintained, we also asked for a change of sheet set, blanket and pillow because there was lipstick on the pillow and there was hair under the blanket, the staff service was fast and friendly, the front window of the room was also right in the position of the chimney from the kitchen, the towels were also shabby (luckily we brought our own towels), drinking water had to be taken from the dispenser outside the room, so we bought our own drinking water at a nearby shop to save hassle, for breakfast the menu was standard, nothing special, the fried noodles were too salty. It seems this hotel is no longer on our family's favorite list.
For those of us who like to stay in Bandung, this hotel is quite strategic because of its central location and easy access to everything. Unfortunately, the condition we recently encountered was disappointing.
