The hotel staff was friendly, but unfortunately, the rooms were poorly maintained. The bedding was dirty, as if it had been used by someone else and hadn't been replaced. The air conditioning in the two family suites we were given also didn't work. One room had just fine air conditioning. There was no soap or shampoo provided. The room I stayed in smelled musty.

The room was dimly lit, and the TV and phone wouldn't work. The bathroom and bed were also unclean. When the staff informed them, they blamed the laundry. When they first arrived, the receptionist chatted a lot with other employees. Luckily, another hotel was available, so they could move.

For a standard room: The hot water flow is slow, and when turned up, it gets cold. The soap is poor, and there's no shampoo. The room key card is broken. The floor is dusty, leaving your feet dirty, and it hasn't been mopped. The AC isn't cold enough, and the remote doesn't work, so you have to use your phone. The TV doesn't have any channels. The bathroom smells a bit. For a family room: The AC isn't cold enough for a room that size. The bathroom smells a bit. The soap isn't good, and there's no shampoo. The floor is dusty, and it hasn't been mopped. The TV isn't big enough. The outside room is really nice, with a balcony for sitting out. The bathroom is partitioned off, so it's nice.

The stay was comfortable... but since the management is new, improvements are needed. Keep improving... it fits the budget. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. Hopefully, with the new management, the atmosphere will be fresh too.

When I first arrived, the staff were friendly and nice. But when I saw the room, what was it like? It was actually good, but the TV wasn't a Smart TV yet. And the toilet was a bit lacking, because when I stayed last time, the toilet lacked facilities, like the sink whose water drain was clogged, even the pipe under the sink was broken. But the good thing was that the water heater was still working properly. The rest was all good, the only problem was the toilet in my opinion.
