For a standard room: The hot water flow is slow, and when turned up, it gets cold. The soap is poor, and there's no shampoo. The room key card is broken. The floor is dusty, leaving your feet dirty, and it hasn't been mopped. The AC isn't cold enough, and the remote doesn't work, so you have to use your phone. The TV doesn't have any channels. The stay was comfortable... but since the management is new, improvements are needed. Keep improving... it fits the budget. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. Hopefully, with the new management, the atmosphere will be fresh too.

When I first arrived, the staff were friendly and nice. But when I saw the room, what was it like? It was actually good, but the TV wasn't a Smart TV yet. And the toilet was a bit lacking, because when I stayed last time, the toilet lacked facilities, like the sink whose water drain was clogged, even the pipe under the sink was broken. But the good thing was that the water heater was still working properly. The rest was all good, the only problem was the toilet in my opinion.

I used to stay there often, but unfortunately, the once-nice hotel was downgraded to OYO. The floors were sticky, there were no tissues, no drinking water, and the rooms were not very clean.
