Saved this hotel as my default every time I come here it's great

Room on the first floor, but the receptionist downstairs talks and laughs loudly at night. It's too noisy, can't sleep. Soundproofing is bad, everyone going up and down the stairs can be heard.

My room had tiny bugs on the bed. Called the front desk and they couldn't figure out where the bugs came from so they switched us to a new room. And from the beginning we wanted to book 2 rooms double bed but the guy said he only had 1 room left 😬.

Most of the staff are not very friendly, enthusiastic, except for the security guard.
