Initially, I was a little concerned after reading reviews about the homestay, but I was very surprised after checking in. The room was beautiful and well-equipped, the only downside was the lack of food like snacks, only two bottles of water, and since I stayed for 4 nights and 3 days, I had to constantly order food outside. The first day there was hot water for showering, but later I had to shower with cold water. Overall, it was okay, and I will definitely come back if I have the chance. See you again!

Location: • The hotel is located right on the main street, making it quite easy to find. Services: • There is no on-site reception; you need to call for luggage storage or assistance. Rooms: • The rooms are designed with one bedroom and one living room, quite convenient for groups or families. Disadvantages: • Soundproofing of the room doors is not good; the noise from traffic outside at night can be quite disruptive to rest. The balcony connects two rooms, posing a security risk. Price: • Room rates are a bit high compared to the quality of service and experience.

We booked a room with view on high floor but checked in to a room on third floor with view of neighbour roofs. Next day the moved us to another room but still no view as advertised. There was hair everywhere on the sofa, floor and toilet. The floor was sticky. Something black hang on the toilet. We had full schedule from 9am til midnight so really no time to move to another hotel. Noise from the construction nearby was really unbearable for our little break. The rooms have no soundproof at all. The receptionists were very nice to help us move to another room.

What a wonderful experience at a homestay in Hanoi! The space is clean, cozy and very delicately decorated. Convenient location, close to the center but still quiet. Friendly, handsome, attentive and enthusiastic staff. I am really satisfied and will definitely come back next time ❤️

I had a very disappointing stay here. The service was poor, and the blanket and bedding were old with a slight moldy smell. During the typhoon, I felt the staff did not provide enough support, and the housekeepers seemed poorly trained. On my check-in day, I was given a room that had been carelessly prepared and had a strong odor that lingered for two days. I had to request a room change. On my check-out day, the elevator was out of service due to the storm and flooding from the previous day. Since I couldn’t carry my heavy luggage down from the 5th floor, I contacted the host/staff to discuss the check-out arrangement, especially since even the host did not know when the elevator would be fixed. However, without informing me, the housekeeper removed all of my belongings from the room. The host only messaged me after everything had already been taken out, and one of my pants was nearly damaged due to the way it was handled. Overall, the host should focus more on improving and maintaining the quality of their services.
