The staff was very helpful. When I arrived, my luggage was lifted, even though I only had two. The check-in process was a bit long, even though the payment was already clearly paid off, I had to check in manually by writing my name on a blank piece of paper. The service was really top notch, friendly and soft spoken. But in my opinion, the room was not very clean, the bedsheets had blood stains, I don't know if it was from mosquitoes or what. The glass in the room was very wet, like there was spilled water, and the water was a bit yellowish. I had to wipe it because it was uncomfortable. When the water heater was on, the room lights would turn on and off like a horror movie. The AC was very cold but it took a few minutes to cool down, it was also quite long, maybe less than 5 minutes. I happened to only stay for 1 night because I was in transit for 12 hours. When I arrived at the inn, it was past 9 pm, and there was only a 99mart (a kind of Alfa/Indomart) downstairs. However, there were no Samsek (snack shop) at restaurants or food stalls. In terms of cleanliness and staying overnight, it's okay, but if you're a "clean freak," look elsewhere. This is really cheap, only 200,000 Rupiah/night. From the airport, take an airport taxi for RM70, or if you use Grab, it's only RM30.
