The location is close to several malls, the environment is clean and the view is very beautiful from my room, and the swimming pool on the 37th floor has a very beautiful view especially at night.

Friendly staff, easy check-in process

Aside from the awkward self-check-in, everything else was fine. I got a high floor on the 43rd floor, a room next to the window, and a great view. There's a dining table that can also be used for work, even though there's already a desk in front of the bed. There's a sofa and TV separated by a wardrobe and a bed. There's a washing machine, and a dryer next to the refrigerator. There's a stove for warming food, and there are kitchen utensils. It's fully equipped. Perfect for a long stay.

The hotel's location is very strategic. The room rates are also appropriate for its central location in Bukit Bintang. The only problem during check-in yesterday was that the apartment staff didn't respond when we checked in, so we had to wait a long time for confirmation via WhatsApp. Usually, when I stay at Axon, the apartment staff chats directly via WhatsApp for the check-in process and gives me the room's mailbox number.

Strategic location... Walking distance to Pavilion and TRX, the most famous mall in Bukit Bintang. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.

The view from the room shows the Petronas Towers, the living room is comfortable, the Petronas Towers can be seen from the bedroom, it is very highly recommended, it is close to everywhere, it is close to the Bukit Bintang monorail, access is not difficult.

If I go to Malaysia, I will stay here. If possible, there is a wall clock, hopefully it will remain clean, and comfortable for the family. The price is still reasonable. The location is close to everywhere.

I arrived after a long flight to check in at the hotel lobby and when I arrived there was only security to help me check in but there was no receptionist from this place. I was directed to call a number and when I called, there was no answer that I received. Then after waiting for a long time without any certainty, the security gave me the company number of this place and I was able to speak to the inn. There was no friendliness and it was very difficult to ask for an explanation. Very bad service!

This service apartment is very clean. I love the interior. All furniture, bedding, toilet are in a very good condition. AC, washing machine+dryer, TV with YouTube and Netflix, water heater, fridge, stove, microwave, complete 👍. We had a very pleasant stay. Kids love it. Location near Lot10, 15 mins walk to Pavilion or TRX, mini market nearby. They provide bath towel, shampoo, body wash, detergent, dishes soap. The minus part, only have to buy mineral water by yourself and the lift sometimes takes too long.

The room was okay, it was clean, but when checking out I couldn't leave my luggage because the flight was at night, so I had to pay to ask the guard to leave my luggage. The elevator was also broken a lot, but other than that it was okay.
