Totally bad experience have a plan to visit in this hotel, already paid and come to front of hotel, location is confusing, the number can not contacted so when we arrived at the hotel we couldn't found the way to in, very weird sistem of services, platform need to review one more time this location.

The hotel staff is not friendly, we contacted their WA because we wanted to check in, they didn't even want to open the door. Very rude. We had booked 1 month in advance, but when the day we wanted to check in was full, they informed us with a laughing emoticon, the reason they didn't inform us from the start was because there was no phone number, even though there was an email, and a phone number. This hotel is picky about customers, they don't like Indonesians, and our money wasn't even refunded. Very, very bad.

Worth the price. The location is strategic and near the waterfront. The facilities are good.

I really fell in love with this hostel, the rooms are clean, the toilets & showers function well, it's not noisy, access to the water front is just a walk away and the receptionist is friendly and very helpful.

The rooms are clean & comfortable, the AC is cold, the toilet & shower function well, it's not noisy even though the building is located on the side of the road. The receptionist is also friendly. What makes it the best is that this hostel is super close to Water Front Kuching. Next time I go to Kuching, I want to stay here again 😊
