admittedly I suddenly booked a room here. but in the application, all types of rooms are available in abundance. upon arrival there we were greeted by staff who responded to us casually. finally we were invited to the top floor and the very end. at first I understood. and when we wanted to watch TV. and couldn't we immediately asked and were answered in a grumpy tone. instead blaming us for booking suddenly and admitting that the TV room was indeed an error. and I asked why I was given a room like that, he answered, who told his brother to book suddenly rudely. this is what I should blame, the accommodation or Traveloka who sold the remaining and unsuitable rooms?? I'll wait for your response. I feel belittled. I am also a hotelier and I have never said that to a guest and provided an unsuitable room to a guest
