Staffs are friendly and room is good!

Convenient location. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

Great hotel, but. It was listed as soundproofed rooms, which was really not the case, I could hear everything from left right above and below. Maybe it was just my room but it interrupted the work I had to do while I was there. Just one tiny thing I think they can improve, don't put the butter on a bed of ice, it makes it rock hard, I dont see the logic in doing this. Everything else is great, especially for the price.

The lift has this smell cumulated over time. Just cant get over it

The hotel is excellent, there are very nice and helpful staffs, they answer questions that we have and give great suggestions which beyond their responses. Hotel is very clean, it’s walkable to Lijiang old town, breakfast is pretty good, we are very happy to stay there

Very friendly and kind staff. Quite accommodating. I wish they had a concierge since we speak limited Chinese and wanted a bit more information on local sites. The staff there tried their best and we appreciated them, but could have used a bit more help planning some trips.

A decent sized room that was perfect for my one night stay over before heading to Tiger Leaping Gorge. They also allowed me to leave my suitcase there while I visited the gorge, which made the whole hiking experience less painful. Breakfast was a little Chinese in style but was generally decent.

Amazing - from comfort to food to service et all ; staff was particularly amazing and went out of the way to help; was provided an upgrade on arrival; the car drivers were however not up to the mark. Mr Vince, Mr Phoenix (the Chef), the Travel Guy and the Lady and the Guy at the Bar need special mentioning ; all of them made us feel highly privileged,

Close but not too close to the commotion of old town. Well built with attractive decor with a contemporary take on tribal art. Outstanding restaurant with something for every taste. Reception staff was very helpful and housekeeping was excellent.

Nice restaurant, room had a mountain view, nice experience overall.

I was suprised when they told me they did not have a bell boy. They told me they are not same like Hilton. They are lower class. Loby area smell like sewer Upper floor hallways smell cigaret. Hard to breath. This kind of hotel I could get it for 30 dollars a night.

I asked them about the nearest Starbucks... I told them that I saw one near Ren Min Hospital.. but they kept saying no.. After all, they wrote address in Chinese for different location which was extra 20 mins away. The hotel is intended for business travel personals, not for tourists. Most of staff do not speak English at all, and says very rude things not knowing that I understand enough Chinese... I will not recommend here for any tourist. They do not even help you to get taxi... They will tell you go to street and find it yourself..

Nice and comfortable stay. Located in the main road and quite close to the old town and other amenities.

Location of hotel is quite good as it is not far from the Old Town - short taxi tide will take you there. Bed is comfortable. I was a bit disappointed with the 'mountain view' as it was mostly obstructed by roofs. Good value for money

I stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was over a weekend and I could go to visit places such as Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and the old city of Lijiang. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, helping with practical things like getting a taxi and so on. In particular, one of the managers was very helpful and efficient in sending on to me by express mail some computer accessories that I had inadvertently left in the room. One of the cleaning ladies also impressed me by explaining various tips about the local climate - such as needing sun protection because of the altitude and also being aware of the changing weather so that an umbrella would be useful. All in all, the whole experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lijiang was an enjoyable and memorable time. I am very likely to choose this hotel again in the future.

Great hotel in Lijiang. Staff were very corteous and helpful. Rooms were very clean and hotel facilities were very new, Great variety of food including western style of salad and burger. Conveniently located next to the old town and black dragon pool which I dwfinitely recommwnd you visit.

The hotel is new and in excellent clean condition--the room was large and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful at the front desk. The hotel is about 5min away from the 'old town' by taking a taxi/cab. Also, very close to the 'Lijiang airport bus' station. Breakfast was good with lots of western food varieties. Internet was very reliable and fast. Many English speaking TV channels. Overall, a superb hotel and I highly recommend staying here.
