The unit is clean, the room is clean, the view is amazing😍 The facilities starting from the AC and the details in the kitchen are really good😍 One day if I go to Penang again, God willing, I will stay here again❤️❤️

The bed as the center of comfort for guests to rest and sleep is very. Very hard, far from standard hotel bed in general. We could not rest comfortably during our 3 night stay, it seems the management has realized this by putting 2 mattress toppers before we checked in, but the bed is still too hard and there is no solution from the management to get additional mattress toppers to reduce the hardness of the bed.

Hotel deposits are difficult, cash is not accepted, you have to transfer from Indonesia.

Location was good near hospital and big farmacy and near food stall. Staff was friendly.

Fast staff, strategic location for street food.
