everything was perfect except for the pressure of the flush in the toilet wasnt strong.

Staff very friendly. Helped us to load luggage to taxi. Help to translate. Hotel was very comfortable. Location a bit further inside, a bot far from the main attraction (makro, central hatyai) but nonetheless its calm. No noisy and hectic environment.

The room is clean, the service is very good, the room is very comfortable, the children want to stay in the hotel, only the food is not much choice, but the taste is good, I want to come back again next time I go to Hatyai 👍🏻

Overall, the hotel is good. It's new, the breakfast is delicious, and the swimming pool is smaller than I thought when I actually got there. The hotel's location is quite deep in an alley and the entrance is small.

Towels look old. Parking is limited. Everything else is good.

The accommodation is very beautiful, especially the bed and pillows. I slept so well that I didn't want to wake up. The staff provided excellent service and gave good recommendations.

The room is not soundproof as it should be. But overall, I'm impressed.

ทางเข้าโรงแรมค่อนข้างลำบาก หายาก เพราะเข้าไปในซอยจากถนนใหญ่ถือว่าไกล และในช่วงที่ไปพักกำลังทำถนน ซึ่งไม่สะดวกเลย ผุ่นเยอะมาก ห้องพักดีค่ะ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบ นอนหลับสบาย ห้องสะอาด พนักงานต้อนบริการดี ประทับใจ แต่ห้องอาหารคับแคบมากที่นั่งไม่เพียงพอ และในวันนั้นลงมาช่วง8.45 น. อาหารเหลือน้อยแล้ว และในห้องอาหารอากาศร้อน ควรปรับปรุงตรงจุดนี้ด้วยค่ะ
