Location is excellent. Overall clean property. Only drawback was there was no AC and only 2 small fans in the entire apartment. Not enough for the summer months.

Excellent (again). Highly recommend.

We stay here frequently and it’s the perfect base for Hradec Králové. The apartment is clean and spacious, walking distance to many restaurants and cafes.

Beautiful property. Excellent location. But be aware that some rooms might be near the late night bars. Is was loud until early in the morning. I will stay there again but will ask for a room further away from the activity.

There is horrible smell of urine just at the entrance (entrance doorway or corridor) of the property! Obviously, it brought certain apprehension in my mind if the room and toilets would be hygienically cleaned which I voiced to the manager who responded sarcastically in an unprofessional manner “hope so”!! Also, unfortunately at this property I had to pay at the property and he charged me in CZK more than that was sent by Expedia in its confirmation email on top of which I was charged conversion fee etc. The room service does not exist unless you ask for it. When they do appear they lend an impression that they are in a hurry and have to rush!

Free parking. Everything is brand new.

The residence Manager was exceptionally helpful with any request. The apartment was modern, very spacious, well equipped, and very very clean. The situation is in the historic old town in a vibrant area with plenty of good eating places. I would certainly recommend this property.

Spacious, modern studio apartment, very clean and quiet and perfectly situated in the old town. Nice breakfast and friendly staff, I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Huge apartment with modern, basic furnishings. The bed was not super comfortable. No air conditioning but fan helped.

Loved this place. Styled by IKEA and so comfy and close to everything. Staff was helpful and easy to contact. I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Boromeum for the second time in one of their beautiful apartments. The welcome from the staff was friendly and efficient and the service for the next four days was equally good. The apartments are maintained to a very high standard with everything that the modern traveller could need... except maybe for a tin opener and a toaster ;o) If we ever stay in Hradec Kralove again, Boromeum will continue to be our first choice.

Excellent, clean , spacious apartment in a beautiful building, just off the main square and close to bars and restaurants.

Great apartment, lots of room. However, there was a bad sewer smell coming from the shower drain. Had to keep the fan on but sometimes even that didn't help. Well it was in old town after all.
