Convenient location, easily accessible by tram.

Good central location. We had a very spacious room which was excellent for our family group. Reception staff are helpful and pleasant. No issues at all during our stay, would recommend.

Basic, clean and friendly. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Right on the cusp of the center with a few bars and restaurants around.

Ideal location, between main station and town center, close to two tram stops. Large room, comfortable except for the fact that the double bed turned out to be two single beds, apart from each other. Didn't have time for breakfast due to early starts, so probably missed something good.

Location is good . No fans . If you open windows lots of noise . Kettle full of scale and area around the sink very dirty. Booked 3 rooms . Same condition on all rooms . One room was very small but charged the same

Totally Overpriced! It’s worth €25 per night! Basic rooms with cheap furniture! No Gym! No breakfast included in the price! Hard cheap low quality beds and a dirty bathrooms with insects. Good location 10 mins walk from the main square

We didn't have a very good experience with the room. The heating was excessive, the bathroom had black patches between the tiles (maybe mould?), the shower corner was quite small. We booked our stay for two adults and one child. However we got a room with two single beds and no extra sleeping arrangement for our 4yo son. They offered a bed onsite for an extra one third of the price. To be fair we don't know if this was a problem with the hotel or with the booking system of hotels.com. The breakfast was quite good, although the serving area was uncomfortably narrow. One small inconvenience was that only one of the coffee machines was working, so some of the options quickly ran out and took long to be refilled.

Nice refurbished old hotel. Soundproofing not great though as got woken overnight by noisy neighbours! Overall I thought it overpriced for the facilities and condition.

The Hotel Palac is in a very convenient location, close to the train station and just a few minutes walk to the center of Olomouc. The hotel is comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast is very nice. I found it a wonderful choice during my short visit. I'd definitely stay there again.

Hotel was fine, clean and comfy. Assistant on check in was helpful and spoke good English. No issues at all.

Clean newly renovated property right in the historic centre

If you are driving, parking is free just the other side of the river from the hotel. The hotel is just inside 'the city' and after 9.00am parking is limited to 15/20 minutes. Do yourself a favour and park a few minutes walk away unless you know you will be gone by 9.15.

Hotel without air conditioning inside rooms . During summer imposible to sleep . Very hot . Should do something . No fans available either .

Check in was a breeze, front desk spoke English well, the hotel is in a great location for the historic town center, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, and they held my luggage there after my checkout since I didn't leave town until the afternoon. I would happily stay there again.

Sensor lights in bedroom annoying - would rather on off switch or even a room card to operate on off function . The sensor light was annoying going to bathroom at night & when using wardrobe or long mirror as had to keep waving limbs to activate ! Otherwise room was clean , basic & functional . Hotel was in a convenient location . Staff polite and helpful .

Large and comfortable apartment with kitchenette and modern furniture, helpful staff, parking possible on the nearby streets (there are a few places just in front of the hotel, but all are with payment to the parking meters, not so far to the old center. We took an excellent dinner at Restaurant Goliáš, close to the hotel on 1st of May street.

Stayed with family for 3 nights. Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was decent. Hotel is very close to city centre and tram stopping just in front. The only minus is that hotel giving 2 single beds for 2 adults and a 3 year old and in second room a double bed for 1 adult and 2 children aged 5 and 6 years. Had to pay 15 euro per one extra bed per night.
