Water pressure in third floor bathroom is low, WiFi is low, a little bit dark. Breakfast is good, location is wonderful.

The president suite is amazing. Im also a geologist, and I was told the Owner is the same. I can see the influence of the decor based on this. The suite was so well suited for a romantic weekend. The bathroom was amazing. The view from both the main rooms was great for views of the main zizka square.

Beautiful hotel. The reviews are important to me and I rate this hotel higher than the other reviews I have read! Clean and new mattress! Lift to upper floors and breakfast was so great!! Fresh eggs!! I highly recommend and it is in the city center square so be sure to visit the museum and tour the “underground “. This hotel is more than 500 years old! We have a view of square, recommend! Also enjoy he Chocolate Museum! Just beware of the restaurant across the street (not at the hotel)…they overcharged us, probably because we were Americans!!

This hotel's location is absolutely amazing, and I really wanted to give them 10/10 but unfortunately can't. They gave us a room upgrade and the view was beautiful. Clean and spacious with good amenities. Unfortunately for 2 nights we were only given 1 roll of toilet paper and the maid didn't refill it so we had to ask for more, and the maid took our towels but never put clean ones so again we had to go to the reception to ask for them. Their breakfast was one we enjoyed and would recommend. We tried their whirlpool as well, which thankfully the staff was understanding and we didn't have to pay for, but it was quite the disappointment. It started 30 mins late because of issues with the tub, no instructions on how to let water out to balance the temperature of the bath, no ventilation, and after 20 minutes or so into the hour, the CD they had on broke and kept making the same half second sound over and over again. Hopefully this was just our bad luck and they'll take care of it so that for others it's all in good working condition.

The absolute prefect location. Room was nice. No shower though, just a bathtub. Great with complimentary popcorn and prosecco. Staff was friendly and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Very nice people in the hotel. A very hot room and the air conditioning did not work. Impeccable service but a poor nights sleep, as I had to leave the windows open and the bin men arrived (very noisily) at 3am.

We had a wonderful time. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very attentive. The only issue was that it was very very hot and the hotel did not have air conditioning. However, it was unseasonably hot, it is understandable (I stayed two years ago and did not even notice). The hotel was very nice and had the feel of being in a quaint town.

Rooms are rustic but up to date, comfortable. The hotel oozes elegance. Breakfast is high-end. I mean they bake the croissants to order if they're out. Come on. Would definitely return.

Terrific! no stops! We have been revisiting this spot for 4 years and it is still the very best for miles around, both quality and location. And we look forward to coming back, maybe next year.

Very comfortable boutique hotel with attentive staff and a great restaurant.

This is a nice Hotel right at the town square. A small and cozy hotel. Showers barely fit a person with not much room to move your arms. Comforters are about 5 foot in length, a far cry from California king size. Do not be surprised if there is no one to greet you at the buffet breakfast which is paltry. But over all expetrience is not bad.
