Convenience. All the restaurants and bars were within walking distance. My only complaint was that the beach was a block away but other than that great place to stay.

Property very run down, decent area but leaks everywhere in the building and there’s music playing outside all night.

Property is dirty and not well maintained. Pool area way smaller than pictured. One elevator working only and super small, everyone on top of each other squeezing in. Not on the beach with an ocean view. You have to walk to the beach

One of the elevators broke in my tower It was very difficult

I loved the area and would actually stay here again. Only thing was our room being right by the elevator which was noisy and our showerss was dripping and you could hear that also. Other than that, I liked it here.

We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

It was quite noisy in our room because there was a speaker outside, by the pool, that was playing music at night. The music was not intrusive though

Hotel was nice and conveniently located to the beach. Only thing that i did not like was the small pool.

The warm welcome from the staffs and they were very helpful I disagree on paying for breakfast because the rate is too high

A block off the beach! Hotel facilities good, clean, kinda what you would expect, No bad surprises. The beach is beautiful, with an area for the hotel’s guests. There is an awesome chocolate shop just off hotel’s lobby. I’ll be back to stay at Condado Palm in autumn. A

Tired facility in need of updating, with few amenities, but friendly and helpful, staff in a convenient tourist area, within a quick walk to sand and restaurants. Overpriced but not a bad choice given the circumstances we were in (island-wide blackout)

I loved my room. It was very spacious and had everything I needed space wise. AC was nice and cold/adjustable. Bathroom was well stocked with towels. Floors were a bit on the dirty side int room but I just wore slides in the room to counter. I wipe down my rooms with disinfectant wipes when I arrive and I have to say nothing really picked up on the wipes, even the bathroom floor! I wish more free amenities were included such as breakfast but the beach and small pool area were cool. The gym was small but empty most of the time. The pool is also very small but I spent more time outside rather than in the hotel area. The coffee shop inside the hotel was delicious but the food wasn't great. The restaurant in the hotel is delicious. Overall I really liked this hotel. The staff was very nice and flexible. I had an issue with a noisy neighbor at 1-2am and they took care of it within 10 minutes for me.
