Lovely place! The host is amazing, helpful. Feels like home. Breakfast is really good. Overall a very good place to stay in Sintra.

Had a great stay, wonderful place, roomy and spacious and had everything we needed including a mall kitchen area. Friendly and very helpful host. Safe and quiet, this guest house is on the center on Sintra. Great breakfast. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

It was an easy walk from the station. I was able to arrive early and leave my bag in the room while they were cleaning, then return in the afternoon and let myself in. The basement room was a whole apartment, there were small windows so it did not feel like a basement. Breakfast was delicious.

The listing showed that there was laundry in the basement suite, but actually there was none. This was inconvenient because I was counting on getting the laundry done in Sintra. Fortunately, the owner helped us find a solution, so it worked out okay. The owner probably has the listing fixed by now, but if not, I would double check with the owner before counting on laundry. The basement suite is spacious and comfortable, but it did seem a little damp until I realized that I should be running the dehumidifier. Actually, I'm told that all of Sintra is damp so it may not have been unusual for there to be a little bit of humidity. The basement suite was very clean!

The facility was right in the middle of the town center and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean.

Lovely stay here in Sintra. We were allowed to store our luggage before and after check out. Awesome breakfast. Really close to the center of old town and a 10 min walk from the train station. 11/10, I would stay here again.

In historic Sintra. Close to bus that takes you to sights (Pena Palace, Moor Fortress etc). Many restaurants in neighborhood. The room (#4) was spacious. The breakfast very good. Only negative was room required dehumidifier. It was noisy.

Check in was easy and breakfast was delicious! So glad there was an espresso maker.

The staff and owner where extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and nice. I just wished the outside sitting area for our building would have been more cozy and comfortable.

Convenient right in the heart of Sintra.

We were very pleased with our stay at Sintra 1012. Karen was able to help us with any requests or questions that we had. She was an excellent host.

Great location and the staff was wonderful! I can’t say enough about how helpful and personable they were. Like most of old Europe locations, outlets are in short supply, so bring a power strip. Breakfast was varied (something for everyone) and gave sustenance for a busy day. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the family unit. Cute and quaint. We happened to stay during the time of the storms and it rained quite a bit while we were there and it was quite cold. The kid’s room was freezing the first night. Karen was prompt to assist with by

Very cute! Just like in the pictures. And the basement apartment was huge! Shower had great water pressure & hot water. Wish we could stay more than 1 night. I don’t understand how people do Sintra as a day trip from Lisbon, an over night stay was a must. Ubers/Bolts can’t get to the property, but they get you to about a 3 minute walk… but there’s a lot of stairs in the way, plus luggage, just be aware. I think the owner Karen (so nice!) mentioned it’s a fixed cab rate of $40 to/from the airport. However, be mindful some cabs only accept cash.

Unique and interesting property. We stayed 2 days and received a complimentary upgrade to a large suite. Weather was rainy and cold, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor sitting area, but it looked lovely. Breakfast very good and our hostess congenial. Only criticism is that tables and chairs were very small and cramped for eating.

They were very helpful and accommodating during my stay. They let me check in early which was a huge plus. Great area and close to everything.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Sintra 1012 boutique. I'm so glad we stayed there and would highly recommend it. The rooms were all a little different but the ones I saw were very cozy and spacious. The breakfast was good and the location was very convenient to enjoying everything Sintra has to offer. I would stay here again.
