Wonderful river view from the room; easily accessible to public transport and walkable around city centre and Alfama areas. Very nice continental breakfast.

Lovely area - convenient as hell! The staff were so kind. Loved the breakfast.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, let us store our bags on the last day so we could explore and come back after check out before leaving for our flight. We had an early morning tour one day and they offered to start breakfast half an hour earlier for us. Great at making recommendations and if you need their assistance with anything, changing reservations etc. Room was great for what we needed. Comfortable and roomy and well equipped

The location was very convenient for getting around. The property was rated at 9.6 on your site, but there is no way this should have been rated that high. It should be in the 8’s. The room was small, the breakfast was minimal, and when they fixed a breakfast to go, they were terrible.

This hotel is in the centre of everything! The friendly desk staff are always willing to give tips about what to see and how to get there! Only minutes from bus, Metro and tram stops. And the restaurants nearby are superb!

Excellent location Clean and recently renovated Would rexmend

Really friendly hosts. Stay away from the overpriced patio restaurants on the block. Overpriced and cater to the cruise ships. Very small room. But nice clean sheets and towels everyday. It’s reasonably located to a lot of things and there is a subway nearby. Belem is definitely a ways but we truly spent one morning there. The area around the hotel was much more interesting. Only did breakfast once but it was good. A lot of choices but simple.

Located close to all the nightlife in the Alfama district. Maybe a bit too close to the cruise ship terminal. Front desk very helpful, AC in my room very good. The breakfast was bla, just cold stuff with horrible coffee. The coffee in the lobby is really good.

Wonderful staff members and services!

Incredibly helpful, kind and friendly staff. Showed a genuine desire to make guests as comfortable as possible - for example, we left the hotel for one night to go to Porto and left our luggage with them during that time. We came back the following day in the evening to check back into our new room, and they left the luggage waiting in our room. They also let us go to breakfast a little early on our flight day, as by the time it officially started, we’d have already left for the airport. Acts like these showed they really cared about us being comfortable and that made our vacation al the more relaxing!

The location is amazing with an ocean view. Right in the historic part of town with so many attractions at walking distance. Affordable, but the breakfast buffet can use some variety.
