We find the property to be pleasantly quiet. The fact that it is a serviced apartment is a significant advantage, as it enables us to cook our own meals if we do not feel like eating out. As soon as we enter the unit, we notice the clean aroma. The bedroom is spacious, boasting a king-size bed with a comfortable bed and pillows. There is an abundance of storage space in the bedroom. The bathroom is also generously sized. Additionally, the apartment features a good-sized refrigerator, washer/dryer combination, & a dishwasher. The location is highly convenient, with a grocery store within walking distance, a hospital nearby for emergencies, and a Japanese restaurant located just outside the building. The reception staff is exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful, making communication seamless. The housekeeping staff is also friendly &courteous. We did not like that the bathroom and shower room had inadequate storage space. The bedroom tv was missing a remote control for TV was not a concern for us, as we do not watch TV in the bedroom. However, I was disappointed by the limited channel selection on the TV, including Netflix and YouTube. Additionally, the safe was not operational. I was not a fan of the pocket door design for the bedroom. Further soundproofing on walls, as noise from the neighboring room was still audible. The bed could benefit from a mattress topper, as the current mattress was quite noisy when moved. Overall it was still a comfortable stay. Will stay again

Their local knowledge and recommendations added an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip. The location is ideal, close to everything you need. Whether you're looking to explore Porto's iconic sights, enjoy the vibrant dining scene, or just soak in the city’s charm, this spot is perfect. Public transport and key attractions are just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, Apartments Boavista Palace exceeded my expectations in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Porto!

The rooms are spacious with a separate sleeping area. Location near metro not too far from the center. Car parking was adequate. Staff were helpful. A wonderful 10 day stay.

24 hours Onsite manager was helpful. It was tough to figure out how to use Washer dryer and oven even with the instruction in English. Great location for work and travel.

Excellent location, near Porto old town and turistic attractions. Spacious, very clean, quiet and underground parking for a small cost. Excellent for short and long term stay. Safe area, plenty of dining and shopping opportunities, very close to Mercado Bom Sucesso. Plenty of small grocery stores 5min walk as well as cafes. Short walk to Porto turistic attraction area or 10 min by car.

A great apartment for a base to get into Porto, and only 10-15 minute drive from the airport.

Overall it was a great option for families travelling to Porto. A bit small in space though.

Boavista Palace Serviced Apartments is my favorite place to stay in Porto. Their team are extremely professional and friendly; the apartments themselves are spacious (ask for one on a higher floor so you'll have a great view), and the location near Casa da Musica, Bom Sucesso Market, and Cedofeita is perfect -- plus you're only a 2 minute walk to the Carolina Michaelis metro station .

My daughter was attending a piano festival with classes held at the Conservatory. This apartment is just a five minute walk away. It is also very convenient to Casa da Musica. This is not the touristy part of Porto, but even that can be just a pleasant 25-30 minute walk though wonderful backstreets full of great local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. The apartment has everything - stove, oven (that also doubles as a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. It is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. There is an electric kettle to boil water in and a toaster. There's a medium size grocery store about a 5-minute walk away that has pretty much every supply you would need. And every corner, it seems, has at least one small café/bakery where you can pick up pastries. The front desk staff speaks good English, is there 24 hours a day, and is very helpful. There is a great taxi kiosk in the lobby where you can just press a screen to call a taxi that will arrive in 5 minutes or less. The shower in the apartment is also nice, with god water pressure. About my only small complaint is that the light in the bathroom could be brighter and there could be one or two more convenient electric plugs around the apartment. We stayed in an apartment with a bed and a couch that converted into a bed. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed more comfortable than expected. The apartment had two balconies. The roof area with chairs and coffee machine is great!

Great apartment in Porto close to metro station which is always a plus. The walk into town was fine with cafe's and supermarkets on route. Apt. is well fitted out and very comfortable.

This is the second time I stay with my family at this location. It is the best option to accommodate a family of four. It’s spacious, comfortable and very clean. The rooms are recent and built with high quality materials which make the experience much more pleasant. We have used the parking garage and it was very convenient. Although requires an additional cost of Eur 5.00 per night, it’s well worth it during the cold nights that we experienced on our stay.

We booked a one bed superior apartment for 2 people. In fact we found a superbly designed spacious apartment with a king sized bedroom and large ensuite shower room, a study, a lounge/ dining room, a very well equipped kitchen (including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and just about everything else one could want) and a 2nd toilet. Cleverly hidden sliding doors meant that the rooms can be altered to provide up to 3 bedrooms (for up to 5 people) using the bed-settees in the study and lounge giving each bedroom total privacy. There is huge amount of wardrobe space. It was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The beds were made and the rubbish collected daily and the towels change twice in a week. Very little noise can be heard within the apartment due to excellent double glazing (although it is in a relatively quiet area). Reception staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. They all spoke very good English and gave helpful advice on where to go and where best to eat. No need to get a taxi from the airport, Buy a 1 or 3 day metro pass from the tourist office at the airport. The metro station is a 100m walk from the apartments. Only 3 stops on the metro and we were in the main shopping area and tourist spots. Trains are every few minutes. Really great location especially as it is only a short walk to the fabulous Casa da Musica - do book a tour and a concert.

Everything about the apartment was top notch. It was clean and well equipped with all the appliances including washer/dryer. It's in a quiet location and only a 2 minute walk to the metro. There is a mini market close by and a few restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. Having the one bedroom and extra space was a real treat compared to managing in a small hotel room. My wife and I stayed 5 nights and loved returning to the space each evening after a day of touring. Overall we found it to be a great value.

Great apartment, a little out of town but metro a few minutes walk and taxi call service in lobby. Easy transfer from airport on metro. Staff super friendly and helpful.

The hotel was great for the closeness to the train and just out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Easy to find and great helpful staff.
