Stay was below par for what was advertised as a 4 star hotel. Our room was comfortable but he bathroom was poor as the shower was over the bath with no panel or curtain. Thus, the water went everywhere and made the whole bathroom very wet after use. The breakfast was ok, not much fruit selection. We booked the hotel on the basis that it advertised as having a restaurant. The restaurant was not operating at night time so we had to go out each evening for dinner. The bar shut early so we were not able to have a nightcap when we got back to the hotel. On the plus side, plenty of parking and possible to walk into Ounat centre. We found a route through the marina area opposite which avoided the road. Overall, very underwhelming.

The young lady at breakfast was such a sweetheart and was genuine. Showed us the baby turtles! The gentleman at the pool bar was very friendly and kind and recommended a fantastic wine. Great staff, Hvala! 🙂

We LOVED this hotel! We wish we had booked a few more days there. Everything was perfect. We used the wellness center, which was way nicer than we expected. Multiple saunas, a Jacuzzi, a steam room, relaxing lounge chairs, etc. It was a nice way to pamper ourselves, at no extra cost! The breakfast was the best we have had on our vacation, with the freshest pastries imaginable, a huge variety of other breakfast options, and a server who was charming as can be. The bed was great, and while rain kept us from using the balcony, we were surprised by how spacious it was. And the sunset view from the balcony was out of this world. The service was top-notch. Clearly, everyone we dealt with had only one goal in mind -- to make sure we had a great experience. And we certainly did. We can't say enough about this wonderful hotel. HIGHLY recommended!

This property is a gem. It is stunning. The amenities are amazing. The landscaping is gorgeous. The staff super helpful. Was sad to check out. Wish we had booked longer.

Amazingly gorgeous...and very confortable

What an absolute gem. Our room was very comfortable and the bed was fabulous. Set in a lovely location above the marina, there a safe paths for walking and cycling along the boardwalk. The breakfast is sensational - so varied and delicious - we were very well looked after. Reception staff were very helpful and there is a great range if maps and experiences. We stayed two nights and had a great stay.

Staff helpful. Free car park and beach chairs at Medina beach is handy. Hotel itself is nice, our room was bit dated but clean, and we did hear people next door and above Had balcony but it’s not private as everyone around you can see and hear you Also the balcony cover could be more stronger as it didn’t shade you from strong sun Breakfast was nice, great choice of food There is also wellness room with hot tub and saunas Pool bar but the area didn’t look appealing to us Beach was lovely tho

Good choice at breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, all areas in hotel very clean. Pool , bar and area surrounding very good. Rooms very good with modern facilities, electric window blinds, heated bathroom floor and good storage. Very close to Marina, with shuttle service to nearby beach. Would recommend this hotel

We visited during low season and covid due to meetings close by. The service was great and great personal. We had a rooms with harbour or sea view which I would recommend. Big rooms and good bath room. So we very happy with all

Amazing property full of Olive trees and a very large walnut tree where outside bfast seats with various foliage. Strolled during sunset on the largest marina ever.

Extremely helpful staff found us a tour out of season. The spa was wonderful, views from our room were breathtaking.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Though we were here is the off season, they called all around to find us a tour guide. Breakfast was delicious, cleaning staff were very friendly and the spa was beautiful and relaxing. We will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

This hotel was fine for a short stay. It was easy to find and had ample parking. The staff was extremely helpful in providing directions to local sites and events. The breakfast was a bit disappointing for a four star restaurant. The choices were slim, and though fresh fruit was in season locally, the hotel offered only canned fruit.

Staff at the hotel excellent especially one young man on the evening shift and one young lady on breakfast duty. Two downfalls of the hotel having to pay for pool towels lucky we had brought our own and no resturant. They did offer 10% off at the marine restaurant very expensive if you are on a budget and not brilliant be prepared to walk for a very good local restaurant.
