The overall experience was excellent. Our room's AC functioned very well, the location is excellent (multiple good restaurants in the area, coffee shop right across the street) and the sea is only a few minutes away. Mini-buses stop right out front, makes it easy to get to farther destinations as well (such as BBC beach). For any considering a budget friendly stay in Grenada, I would definitely recommend this place.

Room was neat and clean...all amenities provided..staff courteous...helpful and very accommodating...they work with you according to your needs..once its possible on their end..you'll definitely get through....response time is very quick..I'll definitely be back...

The Hotel was close to the best beach in Grenada. Rather old but worked out fine for us. Good wifi. Our A/C (room 14) was okey, but the remote control did not function. We hade to turn it on and off high up on the wall, standing on the bed.

Staff was so nice and courteous. Room was ok not much and it was close to the beach that you can easily walk from the hotel. I can’t charge my phone coz it doesn’t have the socket like for the iPhones

Very comfortable room in a location we could walk everywhere. Beach across the road, nice restaurants close by as well as grocery store and mall. Lovely ocean and sunset views from our balcony. Room well appointed with kitchen. Everything clean and felt very safe especially with the 24 hour front desk. All staff friendly and helpful. Thank you …. We WILL be back!!!

Great location and air conditioning is fantastic. For the price in Grenada you get a lot. It’s barebones but unless you’re on your honeymoon who cares. Bed is firm, which is my preference, but fine for side sleeping. I love that it took only a 3 min walk to get to Grand Anse beach!

The hotel had a really nice view and the staff was friendly, the location allowed easy access to shopping areas and the beach. However, we was disappointed to see stains on our bed sheets, and low water pressure during showering.The AC unit can also be upgraded.

My room was uncared for, worn out and poorly maintained. I was given a broken closet, the other half to the door to the closet was missing. The closet looked worn out, with black marks and dust in it. Our bed wasn’t fully equipped with all the linens. When we brought it to the front desk receptionist, we were told they were out of linens. We had to wait two to three days just to get a blanket for the bed. We couldn’t use the balcony because they were dust everywhere, no one cleaned the balcony before we checked in. The tables, chairs and railing were extremely dusty. The bathroom mirror was rusted, with black marks all over the sides. Our tv did not work upon checking in, we complained, and was told we had to wait till the morning to have it fix. Even after it was fixed it still did not function properly. It was so bad, we had to book a stay in a different hotel just to get away from Seabreeze for a day. We left the morning and came back the previous day. When we got back to our room, it was left unserviced for 24 hours, beds were not changed, bathroom wasn’t cleaned, nor was our trashed emptied. Lastly this hotel have no one there to assist you with your luggages to your room, we had to struggle to carry our luggage upstairs. Room phones are not included in the room so if you need any services, you will have to leave the room and go down stairs to receptionist. I will not be returning to this hotel, my money was wasted and experience at Seabreeze was horrible.

I didnt get the balcony this time, i dont like the ground floor but the staff was wonderful the room was nice and clean . But in all i had a wonderful time. I will differently be back.

The main road was under construction causing the dust to spread everywhere so we didn’t get to enjoy the balcony and pool as much. The staff, especially Ms. Hanna and Ms. Sharon were excellent. They helped out a lot with information and great suggestions.
