Staff were friendly and knowledgable. Room was spotless. Location was great to walk to the sites of the city.

Lovely small hotel with friendly and helpful staff in a great town. Not luxury but comfortable and clean. If you like Portuguese authenticity and don’t want to be surrounded by bus loads of other tourists, this is a great place. Shabby but beautiful - and next door to a stunning Natural Park with beautiful beaches. Food is so cheap and you eat the delicious fresh fish which you see in the morning fish market. Try KEFISH restaurant- so good i ate there every night!

Hotel was dated and not w character in a city that was likewise compared w the rest of Portugal that we toured. The service though was fabulous. There was no where to park and the receptionist parked it for us! I mean brilliantly helpful.

I would advise to AVOID this hotel. In need of upgrading but dirty bed linen is not excusable. When I told receptionist they didn’t care but still charged us. Breakfast is sub-standard, what they offer is unappealing. In a country that has numerous delicious bakeries there is no excuses.

Great location for walking, morning coffees and meals in the evening. Staff were wonderful.

Centrally positioned hotel very close to bus stop for the Arrabida National Park's beautiful beaches, also a great little restaurant in the square behind, right side of hotel.

The hotel staff were extremely accommodating, allowing us to have a late check out free of charge, as I was doing the half marathon of Setubal on our departure day. Breakfast was excellent and had a lot of variety. Bathrooms and bed linen were of particularly high quality and so we got a great night's sleep. The location was also ideal

The hotel is quite close to the central of Setubal (300m). Parking is a bit of a challenge but mostly due to other undisciplined drivers who seem to lack the ability to park between lines. The hotel is overall in an OK condition, rather a small town hotel flair but a very friendly and helpful staff. It was perfectly in line with the expectations. We managed to arrive on a cold week so the bed linen had to be improved which clearly is not the usual case as the sheets were a bit old. On normal warm days it was fine. The hotel is also nice and clean , maybe cleaning staff is a bit overdoing the citrus cleaners.

Nice little hotel in the centre of Setubal, very clean throughout, and a very friendly staff, parking is a bit difficult at times otherwise a very good hotel, but remember it's only a three star hotel don't expect luxury and location is excellent.
